Mentor Prompts are our unique take on empowering solo and GM-less play. Mentor Prompts are used by players to prompt actions that normally a GM performs, such as “Raise the Stakes”, “Uncover a Mystery”, and “Introduce a Rival”. These are more directed than rolling tables, providing written guidance on how to raise the stakes in your story, for instance.

As part of our desire to produce sustainable products that can be easily recycled at the end of their life, we spent a lot of time researching many different manufacturers from multiple countries, including the US, UK, EU, and China. The custom fitted box reduces paper waste, as we don't need to use off-the-shelf sizes and then backfill the box with an insert or packing materials so the books and components don't jostle about. It is exactly as big as it needs to be. Made from 100% recycled post-consumer product, printed with algae and vegetable inks, without varnish and lacquer, and manufactured and shipped within the US, this is the most eco-friendly box we can make.
