We wanted to let you know that we started fulfillment last week! The week was spent assembling the boxes for the Field Kits, dice boxes, and more. That's taking a little longer than expected, and that assembly is continuing. Once everything is assembled and ready, we'll start shipping everyone's orders.
I know this has taken a lot longer than you or I had hoped, but we are definitely getting there!
Why is there assembly to begin with? Instead of working directly with China to manufacturer and assemble everything at once, we worked many different vendors to keep as much of the manufacturing in the US and EU as possible. However, this meant meant we have to order all the individual pieces from the dice boxes, tissue paper to the outer boxes, poster map, etc. and assemble everything manually. The team is working on getting all those parts and pieces assembled so they can then focus on shipping out your orders.
I'll send another update once we start shipping, and you'll also receive tracking information to your email when your package is sent out.

Project Update: Card Decks Arriving, Fulfillment
We have some fantastic news: the card decks are now in the US and scheduled to be delivered on Monday. The card decks are the last piece we are waiting on before we can begin fulfillment.
Talking with our fulfillment team, we will begin assembly of the boxsets and shipping out your books at the start of the new year after the holidays are over. I know we were really hoping to get the books to you ahead of Christmas, but we ran into a lot of unseen delays in manufacturing and we've been working as quickly as we can.
Many people are already starting to play Midnight Muscadines and build amazing things for the world with their digital copy, and we'd love for you to join us!
A Game Jam is Underway
We recently launched a Game Jam on itchio alongside a creator's guide so the community can create their own content for the game. The jam will run until March 20th, so there is plenty of time to participate.
There are 29 people signed up already and there are a wide range of things you can make: from new backgrounds and folk to new ingredients, rules and and setting locations, or even craft projects!
I don't want to spoil the story for you, but if you're curious about how the card deck and rules work for solo play, this is the perfect series to watch. Robin does a fantastic job of showing how he builds out the story as a solo player.

Hope Springs Eternal on Kickstarter
Eric, the editor for Midnight Muscadines, is writing their own supplement for Daggerheart and they have a campaign going right now! The book will contain five campaign frames for the game, adding new NPCs, factions, settlements, adversaries and more! If you're a Daggerheart fan, or just looking for more settings to add to your repertoire, check it out.
A New Blog
Blogging is back! Well, it never went away if we're honest. However I have launched a new personal blog to put all my ramblings about game design, life, and any other topic I wish that doesn't fit anywhere in the Pandion Games newsletter or website. We recently covered a 2025 year end review and tips for writing large quantities of descriptions for your games.
Finally, we want to thank each and every one of you for such an amazing year and for supporting our games and the journey that is game design and publishing. Midnight Muscadines has been a massive project of passion and I couldn't have done it without all of you. Thank you.

We wanted to give everyone a heads up that we will be charging for shipping either this week or next(all depending on final review).
You will receive another email with a 48hour notice before we charge cards as well.
After shipping is collected, our fulfillment team will begin final assembly and shipping out orders! We still cannot guarantee all packages will be delivered ahead of the holidays, but we're going to do our best to get as many out as possible.

Hello Marmateers! We have a lot of exciting updates to share with you, so let's dive right in:
Project Update
The Midnight Muscadines books have arrived! We got notification that they arrived safely in our fulfillment warehouse today!
Smythsewn bindings with soft cover, also known as "Flex Bound". The stitched binding instead of glue lets the book lay more flat naturally.
This means the only outstanding items we are waiting on are the Field Kit boxes and card decks. The field kit boxes are due to ship next week.
With everything going on with tariffs and the world, we had to switch vendors for the card decks. The good news is we were able to get upgraded paper stock for the cards and card box with the new vendor! Those are paid for and have been in production for about 3 weeks now. We expect to take delivery in the next 4-6 weeks.
Because of the vendor switch we may not be able to fulfill everything before the end of the year as we wait for the card decks to arrive. That said, we will begin fulfillment to the backers we can soon while the cards wrap up production and get delivered.
Shipping Charges Coming Soon!
We are getting everything inventoried and weighed, and are working out the final details with our fulfillment company and Backerkit to charge shipping, so keep an eye out for those notification emails in the next week or so!
