The window is quickly closing to fill out surveys and we want to make sure that we get all the information we need so we can start processing soon!
We have identified that there has been an error in Backerkits' system for surveys that blocked a set of them from going out, which we would like to apologise for. We have now overridden this and sent out surveys, so if you have not received a survey to your email previously, please check for one now.
If you still have not received a survey, please get in touch with us directly with your backer details, and we shall look into this for you as soon as possible. We have also sent out a reminder email to those who have surveys and have yet to fill them in.
