Hello to all would-be interns and managers alike. Let's get right into it.
Our original timeline for the delivery of the game was optimistic, and unfortunately we weren't able to carry fulfilment through at the times that we had hoped. Due to some learning curves in manufacturing and designing new gameplay and accessory elements (looking at you, card decks and e-books), we're behind where we would like to be on delivering the game.
That said, the book itself is shaping up great, and we really can't wait to share it with you. Our new estimates for delivery are:
Q2 2026 - Digital fulfilment of the Expansion book, novel, and gameplay zines.
Q3/4 2026 - Physical fulfilment.
We know this is disappointing. We tried to make a quicker turnaround on this expansion than our previous SHIVER campaigns, but the stars didn't align for us. Or they did, but not in the ways that would have helped.
On a personal note, I know this is a bit of a let down. But I can honestly say that I am very proud of everything we have made thus far, and everything we are in the process of making. I hope that when you do get the game, it's everything you want it to be.

We really wanted to make sure people who wanted to jump on in with our games had access to something as quick as possible now the Pledge Manager is closed. It won't be long now till everyone gets something they're waiting for!

Consider this your final warning - or at least, the one before the final one. We're getting close to closing the Pledge Manager, which will lock orders, then start the process of charging cards and lock shipping addresses.
Take a minute this week to check your Survey is filled in (we know almost 10% of you haven't got around to it yet), double check your shipping address and card details (we'll be asking you to triple check before the final call - don't worry), and maybe take a minute to think about any gameplay Add Ons you might want to grab before they're gone.

Each deck's cards contain some simply wonderful artwork by Parable's own Ben Alexander, who took a break from the joys of the world of ION Heart to terrorise some hapless interns. His shark-human hybrid co-worker is a joy to behold - but his cat sword is the stuff of (admittedly very specific) nightmares.

Fiction Novel: Termination Notice (Digital and Physical) An ideal treat for gamers and non-gamers alike, this is the first ever book set within the SHIVER universe. It's filled with horror, comedy, gore, and all the joys of being an unpaid intern at a company that thinks you're less expensive to replace than a lab-rat.
It's Adam's first published fiction novel, and it would really mean a lot to him if you added six or seven copies to your pledge. "Maybe an even baker's dozen?" the author was quoted as saying, while crying over his 23rd manuscript draft.
