Hi, when filling in the survey it says if my Pledge and AddOns are more than 280 $ for shipping to EU - shipping is free. So I added a $ 55 AddOn to total $ 289 and I still get charged shipping. Why is that? It's a lot of money for me and I would have added the AddOn instead of the shipping rate to make the most of it. But the AddOn is more expensive than the shipping cost and I get charged shipping anyway. What can I do? Please let me know, so I can finish the survey. Thank you.
