We fulfilled the PDFs for all paid pledges earlier today. That means that all of the storytelling cards you bought at the Holiday Market should be sitting in your inbox as we speak! You can print the cards, assemble your deck, and start creating while you wait for your physical decks to arrive.
If you didn't receive the files, or if you have trouble accessing them for whatever reason, you can reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to troubleshoot the issue. If you still have an outstanding balance, then your PDFs haven't been sent yet, but they will be as soon as everything is settled. You can also reach out if you need any help with our payment system.

Let’s face it, holiday shipping is often like rolling a Nat1 in a high stakes campaign battle ⚔️ but our hubs are working their tails off, and we have faith that you will receive your order in time if you’ve met the deadlines and live within the qualifying holiday shipping regions (US, UK, Canada and Australia).
For anyone who has yet to complete their survey and/or has a balance owing, please reach out to [email protected] so we can get your order to fulfillment as soon as possible.

We'll be charging cards at 6pm ET on December 8. This is the last step before fulfillment, and we'll start shipping pledges as soon as everything is squared away!
So what does that mean for you?
If you've already completed your survey, you don't need to do anything else. Surveys are locked, we have your payment and shipping information, and can proceed to fulfillment once your payment goes through.
If you haven't finished your survey, you've only got 24 hours to get it done. We'll still process late surveys as they come in. We just can't make any guarantees about the delivery date if you take more time to get that info to us.
Go ahead and fill out your survey if you haven't done so. Otherwise, we hope you're taking the time to tell some stories and enjoy the holidays!
We'll be locking surveys at 5pm ET on Friday, December 5 to make sure we have time to get everything out the door before the holidays. Make sure you fill yours out as soon as possible!
The Free Shipping Thing
Free Shipping is not applied automatically when you fill out your survey in Pledge Manager. That means that you will see a shipping fee when you complete your survey, even if your pledge meets the Free Shipping threshold for your country (you can find the Free Shipping rules on our project page).
We're here to tell you not to worry.
We have to go through and apply Free Shipping manually. If your order meets the requirements, it will get caught when we do our pass this weekend and Free Shipping will be applied to your order before we start running cards. If you upgraded to a higher pledge tier, your order (and your Free Shipping) will get included in that pass.
In other words, the shipping fee you see with your order may not be final. Every order gets one by default. The only shipping fee that matters is the one that's there when cards are getting charged. We'll be sharing another update when we reach that point, so check in then to make sure you're being charged the proper rate. We can update everything manually if there are any errors.
Why is my shipping fee so high?
If your shipping fee seems unusually high, it probably means you haven't completed your survey. The Pledge Manager will default to the highest possible shipping fee for your region if it doesn't know your exact address. That fee should drop to something more typical once you complete your survey with the proper order and shipping information.
Thanks in advance for your patience as we sort everything out. We will ensure that everyone pays the right amount for shipping, and will always work with our customers to sort out any issues and answer any questions!

Hi! I wanted to ask about the delivery time for the three flagship decks included in the PDF pledge, as well as the method of delivery. Will they be provided through the digital rewards on BackerKit once pledges are locked, or through https://storyenginedeck.com instead?
