They can be delivered instantly!

We fulfilled the PDFs for all paid pledges earlier today. That means that all of the storytelling cards you bought at the Holiday Market should be sitting in your inbox as we speak! You can print the cards, assemble your deck, and start creating while you wait for your physical decks to arrive. 

If you didn't receive the files, or if you have trouble accessing them for whatever reason, you can reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to troubleshoot the issue. If you still have an outstanding balance, then your PDFs haven't been sent yet, but they will be as soon as everything is settled.
