I have submit nearly every order from this project to be fulfilled. In fact, there are: 37 people who have not submit their surveys, and... 124 people whose cards have errored out and need to be looked at, replaced, or cleared with their bank.
The other 703 folks on this project have had their orders sent to the fulfillment team directly.
What Happens Now?
The orders will now be packed over the next week or two.
US & Canada Then, US and Canadian orders will go into a shipping container to travel the high seas over to America. That will take approximately 24 days. It will make port, take a couple days to clear, then go on a truck to our warehouse, and from the warehouse, all packages will go straight into USPS to get to backers. At that time (entering USPS), you will all get emails that your orders are on the way to you with tracking numbers! This process will take about 40-45 days starting from today, meaning backers in the US and Canada will see their orders around August 11th-30th. Though it's possible pieces of the journey may go faster, it's unlikely they will go slower.
International Backers While US and Canadian orders are making their journey overseas, the backers throughout the rest of the world, from South America to Africa, from Australia to Asia, and also yes, even Europe, will see their orders shipping directly from China. Backers will variably get emails with tracking numbers either when your package leaves China or when it arrives in your country! While this will vary by country and distance from China, this process will take roughly 20-40 days starting from today, meaning International backers will see their orders as soon as early to mid July and as late as early August.
The Final Timers Once US & Canadian orders hit US shores, the timer will begin for people who have not gotten their surveys done or shipping paid for. This will be a 30 day final chance for people to get their surveys in or shipping handled. If the 30 days passes and anyone has not gotten their survey in, their order will be cancelled, and their pledge will be considered a donation to the campaign's success. This was shared in the project's Terms and Conditions since launch day of the project.
Similarly, everyone who did have their orders shipped will have 45 days from when it is marked as having arrived to contact New Titan Print about any missing items or shipments with your order. If we surpass that deadline, we will no longer handle any missing or damaged shipments, or missing items from shipments. So please open your package right when it arrives to check the contents, and when you receive your tracking number by email, be sure to give it a look. Thank you. How Do I Know if Mine is Fulfilling?
Log into Backerkit.com and check your survey for Blood & Rust: The Misery Tarot. If it says "Fulfilled" as its status, then you are taken care of. If it says anything else, then you need to take care of either your survey, or your listed card that is not able to charge for shipping.
Mine is labeled with a note that says "Consolidated" but I have a $10-40+ credit. What's that? Because of how tax/VAT/GST are added to orders on Backerkit, even consolidated orders were tagged with taxes and fees. To make sure we didn't charge you those (since they will instead be charged on your consolidated order on another project), we just gave a blanket $50 credit to anyone whose orders were consolidated. You don't actually have extra money to get paid back, we just did that to avoid accidentally charging you more.

I know it was just a few days ago I said we were all delayed and I had no information. Well, I got information! And the shipping charges.
While shipping charges and tariffs/taxes do show on this project right now, it's only showing me that it will charge you for the VAT/taxes, not the shipping. We will fix this, but I DO SEE the totals still, so you should be able to check those just fine.

Setting up Taxes, Tariffs, and VAT and the like has been a whole thing. But it is done. So now you can see the shipping cost on your order for it to be shipped, then the other fees based on your country separately. Of note: Canadian and US orders are paying for the ocean freight and US tariffs (and related costs), as they are landing in the US before going out places. Canada folks, it was cheaper/faster for us to do it this way in the end, rather than sending to Canada straight from China.

Once the first wave of packages is officially in the mail (including US orders on US soil), the timer will start for the folks who still haven't gotten their surveys in! Well, this is the last kind of update I want to make. And it's why I haven't made it until today.
May 13th, I said in a couple days, I'd have shipping added and then we would charge it.
Then May 23rd I said the fulfillment company asked for 2 more days, so we would be adding shipping charges shortly. I put out an update to that effect.
June 1st, they reached out telling me they needed answers on a couple items on the spreadsheet they were confused by. I answered within 4 hours. They replied 40 minutes later to confirm that they understood. June 9th, I asked what's going on. It's been another week. I thought we'd have this in hand 2 weeks ago.
June 15th, I asked what's going on. We're 3 weeks late and this is not exactly making me look great to my backers right now.
June 16th, I got a reply on a different email from them. I asked if we had information on the main thing I'm worried about. I was replied to 3 minutes later and told "Yes, I am writing replies to other emails. Should send out shortly."
I thought shortly meant the same day. Yesterday I emailed to say as much. I've still not had a reply, nor have I been given any information on the delay, what a real timetable looks like, or when to expect information.
I don't like making updates if I don't have information, but it looks like we're already a month+ past when I said we would have shipping charges on orders. So I owe you at least an "I don't know" update, which is the kind of update I avoid sending out.
I Always Update...
Like always, I promise the second I hear anything, I will share news. Apologies-- I've never had this issue with this company before. They have been very good for many projects. Sometimes things get delayed, but they still let me know what's happening.
The company has all of the items for the Misery Tarot, Hot Housewives Tarot, and the Oracle Dice campaigns. So everything is in limbo.

I do apologize for how long it's been, but I don't like to make updates when I don't have information to share. So as you've all likely already noticed, I have not added shipping charges to anyone's orders or charged for shipping. If I had, you'd have known-- as I would have shared an update that shipping costs are added to your pledges and being charged.
So, the good news: All the decks are made! They've been ready for a few weeks now at least. The manufacturer has been waiting for the oracle dice that go in the deluxe editions to ship to them from the dice manufacturer, but as of today, those were received. There are only 500 deluxe editions being made, so that will be done very fast since everything else is done and ready.
This means I am locking down addresses here in a few days on Monday the 18th. You have until then to update your address if you need to. I will then be giving the addresses and final orders over to our fulfillment team.
New Timeline
May 18th: All items are assembled. I submit final spreadsheets for your orders and addresses to get shipping costs.
May 25th: Shipping charges applied to your orders, charged 2 days later.
June 5th: International shipping starts to go out.
June 10th: All US Orders are packed and heading to the states.
July 20th: All orders expected to be in the mail or in hand.
This is a clear delay to our timeline, but we're at the end now. Things are moving towards shipping.
For international orders, they could begin being packed and heading out the very first days of June. This would go on through June, and means International orders would be arriving throughout the back half of June and through July. By the end of July, all international orders should be received. For the US, they will be packed at once in June and travel to the US by boat. Then we will see them ship out directly into the USPS system from there. That means it'll all be in hand by early-August at the latest in the US.

What If I've Moved, or Will be Moving?
I'm not locking addresses until Monday. Please update it now in your Backerkit survey. If you're unsure where you'll be, please have it shipped to a friend or family member who is not moving in that window. Once I lock addresses and give it to our fulfillment team, we cannot adjust addresses for any reason. *If you backed the Hot Housewives Tarot campaign(s) and had them combined to this project, you'll find it all collected here in your Misery Tarot order. So update your address here. If uncertain, just update your address on all three projects where you can.
How Do I Know If I Did My Survey?
I've noted a few times now that folks haven't done their surveys and emailed those people directly. There are still 40 folks on this particular project who haven't touched their survey.

I will update when I have added shipping totals to your orders, so those aren't in place yet. You just want to see that you completed your survey, that's all for this moment.
How Do I Know If My Orders Got Merged/Combined?
I've had many folks confused why their orders don't look combined. This is not because you're stupid-- it's a bit obtuse. I apologize for that. But if you check your Backerkit survey it should show items from the other projects merged together. You'll find this project, the Misery Tarot, has all your items if you had them merged from the Hot Housewives campaigns. *Some folks noted they had to go into edit their survey mode to see the full cart.* I have had only one backer reach out to tell me an item was wrong, and it truly was! Of the many others who have reached out, it's all been misunderstandings of where to look. So please check your surveys on each project to see if one has all the items if you're concerned, otherwise we should be good.
