Inspired by classic stories of power and back-room dealings like Game of Thrones and Succession, this 350+ page sandbox campaign forces the players to make pivotal decisions that have far-reaching ramifications. This campaign is fully developed for two systems, coming in your choice of 5e or MythCraft.

Bridgemoor, the sparkling city-state spanning the Great Chasm, is an invaluable powerhouse in the region’s economy and politics. Bordering the forest nation of Kendaria to the east and the desert kingdom of Nalathesh to the west, Bridgemoor’s importance to each of its neighbors cannot be overstated. When a Kendarian noble turns up murdered in Bridgemoor and all evidence points to Nalatheshi merchants, the region plunges into a swirl of tumult. Dukes and duchesses, merchants and crime bosses, generals and clergy all vie for power in the ensuing chaos that sweeps the three nations.

The heroes find themselves in the eye of the storm. Uniquely situated with connections to major players in both Kendaria and Nalathesh, the party must pursue the quests that they think will bring about the best result… however the party might define that. Through covert quests, back-room politicking, military conquest, and diplomatic arrangements the party will act as the silent hand that guides history to its ultimate outcome, for good or ill.

The Cloven Lands is a truly sandbox campaign. While there are several "intended" endings to the story, the sheer number of potential quests, alliances, and locales will force the party to think hard about which plot threads they wish to pull. 

The Cloven Lands contains 40+ unique quests, and the party chooses which ones are important enough to take on! Some quests only become available to the party once they complete others, so every decision they make may result in surprising, far-reaching consequences.

Hardcover, PDF, and VTT options will be available for both MythCraft TTRPG and the world's largest role-playing game. The Cloven Lands is a campaign for levels 1-15 in MythCraft and 1-10 in D&D 5e.

As robust as the character creation system is, gameplay is still fast and intuitive. On your turn, you spend your Action Points to move, make attacks, and use abilities. You save any remaining AP for Reactive Actions, and can even roll over AP to your next turn, allowing you to best respond to the situation at hand!

The Cloven Lands utilizes Goodwill, a mechanic from MythCraft TTRPG that tracks the fame or notoriety of heroes as they go about completing their quests. As the party's Goodwill rises in some areas and falls in others, they will find that new quest opportunities become available, while other quests are locked to the party given how their reputation has grown.


War is not inevitable, but a convergence of opposing forces make it a highly likely. The Cloven Lands places the heroes at the center of a conflict that may escalate into all-out warfare between the key nations. This campaign includes rules to simulate a hero's leadership over a battalion of troops. If the heroes lead these armed forces in the battlefield, their Goodwill with their army may turn the tide of battle decisively in their favor!




A plethora of quest-givers and scores of colorful NPCs populate The Cloven Lands. Will the party answer the call of the dignified, bureaucratic Meritocrats in the halls of legislation? Will they stand proud with the captain of the Bridge Knights? Or will they travel deep into the enchanted forests of Kendaria, throwing their lot in with one of the two queens that have reached a stalemate battling for popular support? Perhaps the heroes will journey west across the desert, past the Flesh Pits, and to Nalathesh's capital city, where they might side with powerful noble houses, furtively meet with the Sandsnake smuggling group, or seek audience with the Godking himself.





Delve into the Flesh Pits of Nalathesh in search of missing researchers. Negotiate peace treaties in the back rooms of Bridgemoor's esteemed Meritocratium. Square off against hags and false vampires in Kendaria's Old Forest. Timeline Estimates

PDFs
  • PDFs of The Cloven Lands in both MythCraft and 5e should come out Q1 2026.
  • PDFs will be fulfilled through DriveThru RPG.


Physical Products
  • Physical products will go into production immediately following completion of the PDFs, concurrently with digital fulfillment. We estimate 30-45 days of production and 30-45 days of shipping before fulfillment can begin.
  • Physical Fulfillment should begin by July 2026.

VTT Module
  • The Cloven Lands campaign modules are estimated to be out by November of 2026.
