Shipments will generally include a tracking number (which will be sent to the e-mail address you'll provide in the survey), unless otherwise needed. Packages will be shipped using different methods according to the weight and locations.

Please keep in mind that all timelines are tentative and based on our best estimates. Delays may still happen, as unexpected issues can arise at any stage and cause minor — or sometimes major — shifts in the schedule. We’ll keep you informed as things progress as much as we possibly can.
When you back a project with an order value over $150, you’ll have the option to select "Pay Over Time" during checkout. Once the campaign concludes and the funding goal is met, you'll be charged a quarter of your total pledge every month for four months. If you prefer, you can pay off your remaining balance early through the app. However, keep in mind that you won’t be able to access your survey until your balance is fully paid.
Pledge Amount: The "Pay Over Time" option is only available for pledges exceeding $150. If your pledge amount is less than this, you won’t have access to this feature.
Payment Timing: The project creator will receive the funds about 10 days after each payment you make. This means they’ll only get a portion of your total pledge amount over the four months.
Fees: The project creators incur standard transaction fees for each payment made under the "Pay Over Time" option. This may affect the overall funding available to the project, which could potentially impact the project’s execution.
Pledge Manager Surveys: If you opt for "Pay Over Time," your data will be imported into the Pledge Manager, but you won’t receive your survey until your full pledge balance is settled —this means your survey will be delayed. You’ll be automatically invited to complete the survey once the four payments are completed or once your balance is fully paid, whichever happens first.
Fulfillment Timeline: Be aware that project fulfillment will likely be delayed until all four payments have been processed, which could take about four months after the campaign ends. It’s crucial to consider this timeline when planning your backing.
Opting for "Pay Over Time" can be a beneficial choice if you’re looking to support projects with higher pledge levels while managing your payments more comfortably.

Botanicows will be produced by an independent manufacturer, different from the ones handling our other active campaigns (Delidragons, Delicats, Delibears, and MeowMoo Holiday). We’re currently working with multiple production partners in parallel — not sequentially — to ensure each project moves forward as efficiently as possible, without overlap or delays caused by shared suppliers.
By pledging to Botanicows, you're acknowledging that:
You’re aware we have other collections currently in production (from other campaigns), all of which are still in progress and being fulfilled;
You understand that timelines are only tentative and may vary due on unforseen events and on the manufacturer’s pace and quality checks;
You’re happy to support this project knowing that we’ll take the time needed to ensure it meets our usual standards of quality 💪
Please remember that crowdfunding campaigns are not online shops! The product is not pre-made or sitting on a shelf (and in the case of small items like pins or stickers, it's often not even prototyped yet at the moment of launch).
Bringing them to life involves many steps — including coordinating with manufacturers, vectorizing the designs, selecting Pantone colors, creating samples, and running tests. Each of these stages can be unpredictable and take longer than expected, even in ideal conditions.
We do have other collections still in production or waiting to start, because over the past couple of years (2023 through early 2025), we've faced an intense overlap of personal, family, health, and business-related challenges — all at once, and with no real break in between. This caused a ripple effect of delays — but it’s a one-time disruption, not our usual standard.
We’re slowly getting back on track, and we’re more determined than ever to fulfill each project with the care and love it deserves.

⏳ When will I be charged for my pledge?
Your payment method will not be charged right away. You’ll be charged when the campaign ends and only if the funding goal is reached. If the campaign doesn’t hit its goal, you won’t be charged.

💰 Refunds & Transparency
❌ How does the refund policy work for this campaign?
Let’s talk refunds: No refunds will be provided after the campaign concludes — no exceptions. All received funds go directly toward production, fees, taxes, and necessary costs to fulfill the campaign. We’re unable to offer refunds from our personal resources. That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll help fix it ASAP. Please back this campaign only if you’re comfortable with potential delays and understand the nature of crowdfunding. Refunds cannot be given once the campaign ends.

🏭 Who is manufacturing the rewards?
Botanicows will be produced by a dedicated manufacturer, different from the ones handling our other collections. We’re working with multiple manufacturers in parallel so that each campaign can move forward independently.
🕓 Why does production take so long?
Unlike ready-to-ship products, these items are made from scratch after the campaign ends. We prepare and finalize the designs, run tests, create samples, revise, and only then begin bulk production — and we’re only two people doing it all! We take the time needed to ensure top quality.
🎨 Are the designs final?
Yes — the core designs are final! However, small adjustments (such as Pantone colors, screenprint placement, plating or size tweaks) may occur during production to ensure clarity and consistency.
🏷️ Will there be freebies or stretch goal surprises?
Yes! We love adding surprises. Extra goodies will be included whenever possible — especially when we handle fulfillment ourselves. If we use a fulfillment partner, it may limit the ability to include last-minute physical freebies, but we’ll still do our best to send something special!
