Project Update: Few last packages unshipped
We’re back with another update because we noticed that 11 orders still have their addresses unlocked and they're not fully charged. This means that a few of you haven’t received your rewards yet (as shown in the screenshot below).
We already wrapped up fulfillment for this campaign and closed the project months ago, so there must have been a glitch in the system for these last few packages.
We’re really sorry about this, and we’re going to ship out those last remaining packages shortly.
We just wanted to give you a heads up that if you're one of the affected backers, you’ll have already received an email to ultimately confirm or change (in case you've moved) your shipping address and that the remaining needed charge (most likely for shipping costs) will also happen soon - since it wasn't processed yet.
We wish we could keep you updated as often as we’d like, but it's hard especially when there’s not much to share. But please know that even if we’re not communicating all the time, we’re working hard behind the scenes to keep all our projects moving forward, handle productions and fulfillments, and respond to your messages and comments.
We sincerely apologize for the long wait.
It’s just two of us (who are also autistic and adhder) managing everything from our little room, along with our own life and work challenges. So we truly appreciate your kindness and patience, especially when our responses and actions take a bit longer. We promise to always do our best.

Project Update: Shipping & Fulfillment progress
For those who received an email in March-April regarding the shipment of your package, please know that only the label had been created at that time. In fact, due to various reasons (mostly personal), we were unable to complete the process to send them out, scheduling the courier's pick-up - even if the packages were ready to go. This is why you may have seen the tracking not updating and the package appeared to be "stuck" in the warehouse.
Anyways, in the meantime, we managed to return to our studio and send them out! So, each tracking should have already been updated for most of the packages now... and if it hasn't happened yet, it will happen soon!
Only a few packages are still in our studio: we need to reprint the labels due to issues we had with the shipping platform. We plan to do this and dispatch them as soon as possible! So please don't worry, you will see your tracking update soon in this case as well~
We apologize for the silence so far and for not having replied to all your messages/comments - our available time has been very limited due to various terrible events happened to us. We aim to finally complete the fulfillment of this campaign for good within the next two weeks!

I’ve been trying to contact Quirkory for days now via the mail on their website, about my order being stuck at the very first shipping step, “label created”, which means the item was never handled to the courier yet. I’ve received no response so far from Quirkory and it’s been a few months since shipping now, but they are still working on plenty of new projects. Is it possible to have an update please?

Sorry if this is known information, but I have received a tracking number but it’s been 30+ days since it shipped out so just wanted to check if people have gotten their pins yet or similar situation for everyone else?
Project Update: ❗Important update for everyone: final add-ons check before shipping - action required!
Thank you so much for your patience as we gear up to begin shipping the remaining rewards! Since Crowdfunding by BackerKit is a newer platform, there was a new automatic feature implemented in the Pledge Manager after our campaign, that ended up duplicating add-ons for a lot of you.
This occurred because the new feature imported campaign add-ons into the surveys in a different way than previously done. We were initially unaware of this, which lead to confusion for both you and us. However, after a thorough investigation with the BackerKit team, we managed to identify what happened and addressed the issue.
BackerKit sincerely apologies for the snag and for the various notifications in regards to your add-ons -as do we! Hopefully this will be the last update asking y'all to go back through your survey to make sure your add-ons look good and confirm your final decisions. We super appreciate you sticking with us with such a patience and your continued support for all of our projects. We couldn't do any of this without you!

Please note: some items may have been removed even though they shouldn't have been -because an automatic add-ons removal operation was carried out through a dev chore. Therefore, please make sure everything is as you wish. Don't worry: you can still add or re-add other items now, if you want! Especially if they've been incorrectly removed.
