Project Update: Tons of packages lost by the courier -> re-shipments in progress
Unfortunately, our courier has misplaced a very large batch of shipments, which included all the last remaining packages for this campaign (some of which were actually also orders from our shop).
This has resulted in a significant financial loss for us: amounting to thousands of euros, considering that some of these packages were among the largest we sent out (valued at €900, €600, €400, and more, each. And let’s not forget the cost of packaging!) To add to the frustration, we won’t be receiving any reimbursement at all, as the courier won’t take responsibility.
This also means a huge loss of our time, as we invested so much effort in packaging these items with care, including freebies and handwritten notes of thanks —as we always try to do. Now, we find ourselves here, having to inform you of yet another setback, which only adds to our growing distress...
We can't even fathom how they lost such a large, bright blue package. “Impossible to locate the shipment,” mysteriously lost within Italy itself… not even during an international route. And all our shipping company is offering us, is a total refund of €11 (€1 per kg). It’s simply absurd as it doesn't even cover the costs of its own pick-up and domestic shipping itself.
On our end, we are already working on re-packaging and re-sending all the lost packages, of course. So, please know that you’ll be receiving another email with new tracking information in the coming days (some of you may have already received it). We are truly sorry for this situation and the additional wait after what has already been an unusually long delay so far. We can’t thank you enough for your patience. Your support and understanding are what keep us afloat during these tough times.
We apologize for the heavy tone of this update… but we simply can’t sugarcoat it. This has been yet another tough blow this year —especially after everything we’ve been going (and we're still going) through on the health front, for both our pets and ours. It really feels like the universe is telling us to take a step back and do nothing anymore.

Project Update: Shipping & Fulfillment progress
For those who received an email in March-April regarding the shipment of your package, please know that only the label had been created at that time. In fact, due to various reasons (mostly personal), we were unable to complete the process to send them out, scheduling the courier's pick-up - even if the packages were ready to go. This is why you may have seen the tracking not updating and the package appeared to be "stuck" in the warehouse.
Anyways, in the meantime, we managed to return to our studio and send them out! So, each tracking should have already been updated for most of the packages now... and if it hasn't happened yet, it will happen soon!
Only a few packages are still in our studio: we need to reprint the labels due to issues we had with the shipping platform. We plan to do this and dispatch them as soon as possible! So please don't worry, you will see your tracking update soon in this case as well~
We apologize for the silence so far and for not having replied to all your messages/comments - our available time has been very limited due to various terrible events happened to us. We aim to finally complete the fulfillment of this campaign for good within the next two weeks!

Project Update: Few last packages unshipped
We’re back with another update because we noticed that 11 orders still have their addresses unlocked and they're not fully charged. This means that a few of you haven’t received your rewards yet (as shown in the screenshot below).
We already wrapped up fulfillment for this campaign and closed the project months ago, so there must have been a glitch in the system for these last few packages.
We’re really sorry about this, and we’re going to ship out those last remaining packages shortly.
We just wanted to give you a heads up that if you're one of the affected backers, you’ll have already received an email to ultimately confirm or change (in case you've moved) your shipping address and that the remaining needed charge (most likely for shipping costs) will also happen soon - since it wasn't processed yet.
We wish we could keep you updated as often as we’d like, but it's hard especially when there’s not much to share. But please know that even if we’re not communicating all the time, we’re working hard behind the scenes to keep all our projects moving forward, handle productions and fulfillments, and respond to your messages and comments.

I’ve been trying to contact Quirkory for days now via the mail on their website, about my order being stuck at the very first shipping step, “label created”, which means the item was never handled to the courier yet. I’ve received no response so far from Quirkory and it’s been a few months since shipping now, but they are still working on plenty of new projects. Is it possible to have an update please?
