Project Update: Shipping & Fulfillment progress

Most of the rewards have been successfully shipped!
For those who received an email in March-April regarding the shipment of your package, please know that only the label had been created at that time. In fact, due to various reasons (mostly personal), we were unable to complete the process to send them out, scheduling the courier's pick-up - even if the packages were ready to go. This is why you may have seen the tracking not updating and the package appeared to be "stuck" in the warehouse.

Anyways, in the meantime, we managed to return to our studio and send them out! So, each tracking should have already been updated for most of the packages now... and if it hasn't happened yet, it will happen soon!

Only a few packages are still in our studio: we need to reprint the labels due to issues we had with the shipping platform. We plan to do this and dispatch them as soon as possible! So please don't worry, you will see your tracking update soon in this case as well~

We apologize for the silence so far and for not having replied to all your messages/comments - our available time has been very limited due to various terrible events happened to us. We aim to finally complete the fulfillment of this campaign for good within the next two weeks!

My tracking hasn't changed since April, And I also don't see a way to contact someone directly about the shipping status of my pledge.

Same here, I’ve been trying to contact Quirkory for days via mail and never got a reply back. My order still only shows the label has been created and I would like to know if it’s normal or not, after two months now.

I do want to update that I received my pledge on August 5th.

I'm so sorry to hear there have been terrible events happening behind the scenes! I hope you're both doing ok. It's understandable that extra challenges ate up time for dispatching packages & answering messages. Hope whatever is going on eases up and that you can carve out some time to relax & rest. My package just arrived, and everything looks even more adorable in person! Thank you so much for packaging them with such love & care, and thank you for being so dedicated to your designs. I know you really take your time making sure everything turns out just as you were imagining it, and these came out beautifully! The designs are so precious and it was extra fun seeing which mystery bunny pots I got! :D My package didn't have the regular white delibunnies pin for 5+ pin pledges, so I just wanted to double check if there was a change around what qualifies for that pin. If it was supposed to be in there, please feel free to wait and add it to my santa bun or spooky cow costumes package if that would save any hassle. Thank you!

Regarding the freebie pin for the 5+ pins pledge, it seems there was a communication mix-up on our end: In the surveys, we don't have a direct way to know who pledged for 5 or more pins because of the different prices between the mystery pins and the regular ones. If we had filtered based only on the amount pledged, even backers with fewer than 5 pins would have been eligible -due to the lower price of the mystery pins. So, to correctly identify those who actually pledged for 5 or more pins, we had to use the "5 enamel pins" or higher pledge levels as a reference. This way, we could automatically, fairly and accurately separate out all backers who were truly eligible. As a result, backers who chose a different pledge level(s) (even if adding more pins later during the campaign) did not result eligible to receive the white Delibun freebie pin, unfortunately. The final counts for production only automatically considered backers inside the 5 enamel pins (or higher) pledge levels. We now understand that we should have made this more clear and explicit on the main campaign page as well, instead of specifying it only in each corresponding pledge level — we feel really sorry about this oversight and we sincerely apologize! 🥺 Please know that your kind words and understanding make a significant difference during this time. Hi! I received my package today, but didn't receive the 5+ pins pledge freebie (white bunny pin). Did this not include the mystery pins in the 5+ pins? I pledged for 4+1 mystery. Thanks!

We are happy that the package arrived safe and sound for you too! Regarding the white Delibun freebie pin, it seems there was a communication error on our end. 😥 To correctly identify those who pledged for 5 or more pins, we had to use the 5 enamel pins *pledge level* inside the surveys/pledge manager. Those who chose a different tier (or 4 "regular" pins+ 1 mystery as in your case) did not result eligible to receive the freebie pin, unfortunately — even if adding more regular pins later during the campaign. The final counts for production automatically considered only those associated with the 5 enamel pins (or higher) tiers. As we already said, we now realize that we should have made this more clear on the main campaign page itself, and not only in each corresponding pledge level... We are truly sorry about this oversight and we sincerely apologize! 😔💕

Hi, my package arrived safely, but I have a question.... I know the white delibun pin with wings is given if we ordered the full set of pins. Now I didn't get the full set, but added the winged delibun separately as an add-on and it wasn't in my package. Would appreciate some clarity. Thank you.

Thank you for your question Iryna! Your rewards will be dispatched soon within this month, we extremely appreciate your patience during all this wait! Some orders in the Pledge Manager (including yours) haven't been even locked neither charged so far since they had a last update 4 months ago and the system didn't push them into the shipping platform yet to generate the packing labels. But we're promptly working on that and you'll receive your package soon! Thank you so much again and wish you a lovely day in the meantime~
