Most of the rewards have been successfully shipped! For those who received an email in March-April regarding the shipment of your package, please know that only the label had been created at that time. In fact, due to various reasons (mostly personal), we were unable to complete the process to send them out, scheduling the courier's pick-up - even if the packages were ready to go. This is why you may have seen the tracking not updating and the package appeared to be "stuck" in the warehouse.
Anyways, in the meantime, we managed to return to our studio and send them out! So, each tracking should have already been updated for most of the packages now... and if it hasn't happened yet, it will happen soon!
Only a few packages are still in our studio: we need to reprint the labels due to issues we had with the shipping platform. We plan to do this and dispatch them as soon as possible! So please don't worry, you will see your tracking update soon in this case as well~
We apologize for the silence so far and for not having replied to all your messages/comments - our available time has been very limited due to various terrible events happened to us. We aim to finally complete the fulfillment of this campaign for good within the next two weeks!
