Are the items in stock or made-to-order?

Everything listed in this campaign is already in stock and ready to ship! 🎁 That means no production delays — just pure happy mail headed your way as soon as the funds arrive from BackerKit.

When will my order ship?

We aim to start shipping from December 15th (or earlier if funds are transferred to us quickly). We’ll be working extra hard to get your packages out in time for the holidays! 🎄 Just keep in mind we’re shipping from Italy, and postal delays may happen during this busy time of year — so we encourage shopping with flexibility in mind!

Will I receive my order before Christmas?

We'll do our absolute best to ship fast — but since we’re based in Italy and the holidays tend to get a bit hectic for postal services, we can’t guarantee delivery by December 25th for all countries. That said, holiday magic isn’t just for one day ✨🎁 — cute gifts are welcome even after the big date!

Will these items be available again after the campaign?

Many of these goodies — especially the bundles and surprise boxes — are exclusive to this event and won’t return in this format (or with these discounts!) once the Holiday Market ends. Now’s your chance to grab them before they disappear into the snow~ ❄️

Can I combine shipping with another campaign or shop order?

Unfortunately, due to how this event is structured, we can’t combine orders from other campaigns or shops.

Is shipping included in my pledge?

No, shipping will be charged separately after the campaign ends, during the survey stage. This allows us to calculate it based on your final order and destination, so you don’t overpay! 📦 We’ll offer the most reliable and affordable shipping options available from Italy, with tracked upgrades where possible.

Can I return or get a refund for my order?

Since all items are already in stock and offered at special event-only prices, all sales are final — we’re unable to offer refunds or returns. We kindly ask that you pledge responsibly and double-check your address before submitting 💌 (But if anything goes wrong, don’t worry — keep reading!)

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

All items from this campaign are ready to ship and will start heading out from December 15th — or earlier, if funds clear quickly (BackerKit is working with Stripe to speed things up!).

🛷 That said, please keep in mind that we’re shipping from Italy, and this is the busiest time of the year for postal carriers worldwide.

Some packages may not arrive exactly by December 25th, especially international orders — but we promise to do our absolute best to ship everything as quickly and securely as possible! 💌✨

Even if your order doesn’t make it on Christmas Day, we truly believe cute gifts and happy mail are welcome any time during the season — sometimes, a surprise gift after the holidays feels even more magical 💖

📦 Shipping Policy

All items are in stock and will begin shipping from December 15th, or earlier if funds arrive sooner.
We ship from Italy using reliable carriers, and tracking options will be available depending on your destination.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when pledging. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, we have no control over postal delays, especially during the busy holiday season.
If a package goes missing, we’ll assist you in contacting the carrier, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered”.
If you want extra peace of mind, we highly recommend choosing tracked or express shipping at checkout (when/if available).

✏️ Address Changes

You’ll be able to update your shipping address up until we lock surveys (we’ll give you a heads-up!).
After that point, we may not be able to make changes, so please double-check your info before the deadline.

🔄 Pledge Changes & Add-Ons

Unlike most crowdfunding campaigns, all items in this project are already produced and ready to ship — so you can choose exactly what you want right now, while the campaign is still live!

🛍️ Simply select a base tier (or the €1 Add-On Access Tier), and then build your own bundle by adding items individually from the Add-Ons section.

You can edit your pledge and add-ons at any time during the campaign, until it ends on December 1st.
