This Thursday we are getting a HUGE delivery of 125 pallets. That's about 3 and a half shipping containers for those curious!
I've hired a small team that has experience with large fulfillment pushes to help out with the state-side fulfillment process which I'm very excited about, because it means we can get all 6,000~ orders out in less than 2 working weeks!
We will be taking one day off (July 18th, a Friday) as I will be participating in a ceremony I've been preparing for during the last few months at a local powwow and then am obligated to the responsibilities that ceremony entails for that weekend.
Otherwise, even weekends for the next little while will be filled up with tangential work (printing out labels, bagging prints, fixing errors, etc) and giving the team a well deserved rest from 8 hour days of packing boxes full of dragons :).
Your shipping notification/tracking number will be updated when your label is printed out.
This does NOT mean your order is immediately in transit. There is a delay between labels printing/tracking notifications and the actual physical fulfillment of your order.
Please be patient with us! I promise all orders will be sent out in a timely fashion!
For reference, the order in which orders will go out will roughly be as follows; 1.) Orders containing just ONE major item (Singular Weighted Wonder,Warmable Wonder pledge levels) 2.) Orders containing just TWO major items (Hot n' Heavy pledge level, double item pledge levels) 3.) Orders containing OVER two major items (major meaning NOT an add-ons item like a tapestry or pin)

Already 1,599 orders are already out! 🥳 This is about 19% of all orders already out! Wahoo!
This makes up the grand majority of fulfillment for international orders being already fulfilled and/or delivered by today's post.
THAT SAID
There are just under 40~ international (non-USA) backers with what I'm calling "Abnormal" shipments that will take more time for me to work through.
If you have not gotten a tracking number as a non-USA-based backer, your order is a part of the "Abnormal" group.
This includes shipments that might require a tax recipient number, an incomplete address, a very rural destination, or other carrier/backer side issue that requires me to get in contact with either the backer, the carrier, or some combination thereof.
Those in that group, here is the gameplan;
Do NOT email me about your shipment if you are in the "Abnormal" group unless I email you first, please!!
I may reach out to fix address issues or to give you multiple shipment tracking numbers if your order must be broken up, but otherwise there is no need for you to check in on your order.
I promise everyone will get a tracking number !!!!
There's no definitive timeline for when you will get your shipping notification in the USA as it is hard to predict how many orders can be fulfilled in any given day.
That said, I will be doing another big Update post when I return from Anthrocon vending as it will only be a day or two after I arrive home that the first containers will be arriving at our warehouse for delivery.
There are approximately 126 pallets being delivered, so it's a big job to be had by me, my partner, and some forklift drivers to get everything settled in safely and in a timely fashion. :)

All 84 boxes of 'em were delivered today by good ol' FedEx and I started organizing them in our new 4,000 sq ft warehouse space that we spent a good chunk of Saturday moving (with help!) from our old 1,000 sq ft space. It was a bunch of work moving our Weighted Wildlife inventory into the new space, but definitely worth it!!

FOR INTERNATIONAL: Due to a very silly CSV error/difference in systems, I'm having to manually input every single order (😭) and am only at 400 orders out of about 1,500, and with the fulfillment center getting back into work after the Dragon Boat Festival holiday only just today, they've begun the inventory process of the delivery made last Friday to their facility, so you should start seeing your tracking numbers/fulfillment notices coming through over the course of this week and into next!!! So BE ON THE LOOKOUT! :D

48 HOUR WARNING TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ADDRESS
We are LOCKING addresses in anticipation of international shipment beginning in about a week or so, but need domestic addresses locked as well, since there's no good way of seperating both lots in our backend system.
That means, if you are located in the USA, please make certain your address is correct for END OF JULY 2025 DELIVERY.
If you are international, make sure you address is correct for MID-LATE JUNE 2025 DELIVERY.
We cannot be held responsible for misdelivery/return to sender/etc if you input the WRONG address. Please PLEASE make sure your address is correct as to prevent any shipping mishaps that could otherwise be avoided.
