If you have a USPS tracking number from the last few weeks, you should, by tonight or tomorrow, see movement on those shipments.
It took time to find a post office in our area that would willingly accept our initial bulk before we switched to using UPS pick-up. This delay mostly affected a few hundred single dragon shipments. Apologies for the delay, but they are now on their way :)
We are officially at almost 75% complete with fulfillment! YAYAYYAY! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
We estimate we'll be finished by this weekend at our current more expedited rate, but there might be a trickle of slower final shipments or problematic shipments (for one reason or another). But seeing the finish line is so exciting :D

As mentioned in previous Updates, if you have received a shipping notification/shipping number, this does NOT MEAN that it is shipped immediately after the generation of that notification.
DO NOT LISTEN TO THE SHOPIFY APP.
The delivery "estimates" the Shopify app hallucinates are based on same day fulfillment and hand off to carrier, which is NOT how any small business operates, especially not one mired in a large fulfillment push.
EVERYONE WILL GET A TRACKING NUMBER. EVERYONE WILL GET THEIR ORDER.
There is no need to reach out on every channel available to you to receive a bespoke reply from either myself or Leah. This only slows down fulfillment to answer every individual email asking questions already answered.

My assistant, Leah, will be getting to you all this week, but had her car totaled over the weekend when she was originally planning to answer the backlog of current messages.
Please remember we are an extremely small team with me in the warehouse daily with our small fulfillment team getting through hundreds of orders a day and we do not have the staff capability to answer emails as quickly as a major corporation, especially when fulfillment is the current priority.

This is just a minor update as we work every single day to get dragons out the door and to your home!
We are sending out pallets worth of packages (or more) every single day and piling up more to go out with the crew and myself now working in tandem.
A second shipment will not arrive until tomorrow, which contains the Black and Gold dragons, which is why, if you received a tracking number with only those in the order, there has been a delay in updates/movement on that shipping notification.
These were from just this morning that I got done in about 2 hours~ before I had to head out for an appointment, weeeeeee
Have some photos from our last receiving day which included the chaos of a full truck load that had fallen off their pallets in transit and required us to fire-brigade the entire load off :')
If you have reached out with a problem about your order, please know I am not ignoring you. I will be circling back to them once most of fulfillment is done, as it's easier to address a list of problematic shipments by sitting down and addressing them all at once than it is to pump the brakes of our current fulfillment flow to address each individual issue.

This Thursday we are getting a HUGE delivery of 125 pallets. That's about 3 and a half shipping containers for those curious!
I've hired a small team that has experience with large fulfillment pushes to help out with the state-side fulfillment process which I'm very excited about, because it means we can get all 6,000~ orders out in less than 2 working weeks!
We will be taking one day off (July 18th, a Friday) as I will be participating in a ceremony I've been preparing for during the last few months at a local powwow and then am obligated to the responsibilities that ceremony entails for that weekend.
Otherwise, even weekends for the next little while will be filled up with tangential work (printing out labels, bagging prints, fixing errors, etc) and giving the team a well deserved rest from 8 hour days of packing boxes full of dragons :).
Your shipping notification/tracking number will be updated when your label is printed out.
This does NOT mean your order is immediately in transit. There is a delay between labels printing/tracking notifications and the actual physical fulfillment of your order.
Please be patient with us! I promise all orders will be sent out in a timely fashion!
For reference, the order in which orders will go out will roughly be as follows; 1.) Orders containing just ONE major item (Singular Weighted Wonder,Warmable Wonder pledge levels) 2.) Orders containing just TWO major items (Hot n' Heavy pledge level, double item pledge levels) 3.) Orders containing OVER two major items (major meaning NOT an add-ons item like a tapestry or pin)
