Well, apparently you can pre-order the campaign items/pledge bundles on their website. It only shows as "pre-order item" if you place it in a basket... but regardless of where I looked, I found absolutely no shipping estimate. Yeah.. so apparently taking more ppls money is fine, but providing a shipping date continues to be out of the question.
