Hello, everyone! It’s been a busy winter here in the studio, and I am happy to say one exciting development is the arrival of our Teatime Adventures: Tea Pets books! So, let's dig right into what this means for your order!

We have Fanged Ferrets running all over the warehouse, getting your orders boxed up!  Fulfillment will happen in stages, with the first batch of orders heading out this week. We plan to wrap up all shipping by mid to late February. 

Our ever-diligent (though slightly chaotic) Fanged Ferets will do everything they can to make sure that shipping goes smoothly, but even with the most skilled critters at work, things sometimes still go sideways. If your shipment runs into a problem, please email us as soon as you can. To make this process faster, please include the name that you used on Backerkit, your order information, and a description of the issue. If an item was damaged, please send photos of the damaged product as well as pictures of the package in which it was shipped.
