You may have seen this surprise elsewhere already (and may have already seen it if you backed the first campaign), but I'm thrilled to announce Space Wizard is working with Mary Robinette Kowal, who has a story in Lesbians in Space: Where No Man Has Gone Before, to narrate the audiobook!

Mary Robinette has recorded dozens of great audiobooks (many of which I've listened to), along with recording fiction for authors such as Seanan McGuire, Cory Doctorow, and John Scalzi.

We were lucky enough that she has time later this year to record the anthology, including her own story, so even if you've read the text version, this will be a narration you won't want to miss!

You'll have a chance to get the audiobook, eBook, or paperback versions, or all three, plus any of our existing Space Wizard catalog! Our base goal is to fund the narration for the first anthology, Lesbians in Space: Where No Man Has Gone Before, but depending on how much funding we get, we do have our second anthology ready, Lesbians in Space: The Sapphics Strike Back!

Hi Folks!
 
I sent out a lot of packages this week, and they're wending their way toward you, if they haven't already arrived!
This has been a whirlwind campaign, but my goal was to finish it up before the end of the year.

I still have a few unanswered surveys and 3 failed credit cards, so I'll keep an eye on those over the next few weeks before I close this campaign out.

For now, if you've read either of these books, please leave a review on Amazon and/or Goodreads! I think these anthologies are some of the best lesbian fiction around, and I'd love more reviews from readers to really help get the word out!

I have one more question for you, in the attached poll. What about an audiobook? They take a lot of money to produce, but I'm thinking of running a crowdfunding campaign to turn both anthologies (if possible) into audio format. What do you think of this? This campaign had almost 400 backers, and I calculate we'd need at least 200 of you to fund an audiobook. Fill out the poll below and let me know if that's something you want to see!
