Hi, so I have some pretty bad news (this is ONLY pertaining to those located in EU with EU addresses).

If you have a EU address of any kind (I researched thoroughly into each individual country first and the rules apply across the board to anyone who received a refund today) I will not be able to send you your items and you have been sent a full refund for your pledge and shipping cost. According to Backerkit, you should receive the refunds in 5-10 business days.

I tried really really hard to avoid this and I did a lot of research. When the campaign began, the EU import laws didn't take effect just yet, so I was holding out hope afterwards that maybe they wouldn't go through. However, the EU import laws are in full swing now, and I was forced to refund all EU orders and cancel them as well. Apparently I would need to pay a legal representative in Europe to handle that for me and of course, ultimately, as a small shop run by one person, that is very unfortunately not possible for me at this time.

I will continue to monitor the situation but I do want to profusely apologize. I really didn't want it to come to this, and like I said, I tried to figure out a way to make it work, but in the end, it just is not doable right now.

If it exceeds 10 days without your refund having been processed to you, please reach out so I can talk with Backerkit and make sure the refund reaches you safely and swiftly.

Again, I am beyond sorry this had to happen. I absolutely hate having to let those of you I had to refund down, and this was really the last thing ever that I wanted to do. I hope you can understand the situation.
