If you want to cancel your pledge after the crowdfunding campaign, you can write to us via our contact form to request a change or refund of your pledge: https://www.studio-agate.com/en/contact Refunds will be issued with the following caveats: - Digital pledges will no longer be refunded from the moment PDFs (WIPs included) are delivered. - Shipping fees are no longer refundable from the moment your delivery is being prepared. - 10% will be deducted from any refund, to account for platform fees and transaction fees, which are unrecoverable. - After the delivery of the PDFs, the value of the digital reward (€30) will be deducted from the refund of any physical pledge. In case of issues with the delivery of your rewards or damaged items, contact us as soon as possible and we will promptly discuss a solution. Any item damaged during the delivery process will be replaced pending availability.

Physical rewards will be sent from our US, UK and EU delivery hubs. If you live in one of these countries, you won’t have to pay additional customs fees or duties upon the arrival of your pledge, and you will pay much lower shipping fees. Shipping fees will be added after the campaign, during the pledge manager phase. Below are a few shipping fee estimates for the 📘＄90 reward tier. The exact amount will depend on the weight of your parcel. Our studio has been publishing Vermine 2047 in French since 2021. The texts and artwork have already been paid for. The books will be laid out at the beginning of 2026. They will be sent to print in summer 2026, and shipped to backers in autumn 2026.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
