Project Update: REROLL HAS ARRIVED! ADDRESS LOCK IN 48 HOURS
Look!
They are all here safe and sound!
So here's the plan. We got everything loaded in. There's a freeze happening here in Houston which no one can handle because apparently Texans don't know that the world gets this cold sometimes, so no one has tires that handle anything other than sweltering melt your tires and fry an egg on the dash hot, so pretty much everything is shutting down for a few days here. which works out nicely since I need to start the Address Lock process here in a minute.
You officially have 48 hours to update your address and ensure your pledge is processed and accounted for.
Please ensure you update your address during this time. An email will go out shortly.
~~THIS IS THE DEADLINE~~
After this point, any unprocessed pledges without filled out surveys might not receive their pledge. We will do what we can, but any pledge that does not have a survey filled out is risking not getting their pledged items.
I repeat: We will do what we can to accommodate late processing, but if we are sold out of items because you waited to fill out your survey till after the deadline, that is something you have been warned about multiple times in advance even before pledging for the campaign.
Next Step
After the freeze our warehouse team will start the process of arranging and prepping for fulfillment. So most likely you will start to see things being processed as soon as the end of this week, or next Monday at the latest!
It's Happening!
So for now, cozy up by the fire, roll some dice, play some games, and wait till your critters arrive!!
Thank you again for all of your patience and we hope you're as excited about seeing these, as we are to get them to you!

Project Update: Campaign Critters Reroll Update: Current status: Almost There Folks
Hi Everyone,
John here. I'm sure many of you have been seeing we've had a particularly busy schedule of late. We just fulfilled Cottage Core last month, and we launched Rae's Halloween Kickstarter this month. (We will get to that if you're interested below)
I've gotten some help on updates with Ronni and our marketing team doing some updates, but since I have a moment to breath, it felt like a good time to update everyone on Reroll.
We had some hiccups in the timeline, mainly product packaging that was suppose to be done, didn't get done because of some missing assets. Unfortunately the folks that were working on those files failed to meet the deadline for the project and ultimately I had to go in and take care of it. It's done, packaging is finalizing, and we should be good go and get on a boat within the next week or so, depending on scheduling at the shipping yard. I won't bore you with details there, but it's a logistical nightmare in the days since Covid. Sometimes delays happen, but ask anyone who's ever backed any of our projects, even with delays, we will always get your critters to you.
Mimic Update:
So what happens now?:
Thank you for your patience with all this, I know we've been busy over here, and it might appear that we aren't doing anything with Reroll, but I have continued to work on the project in the background so you can get your critters safe and sound!
~John
In Other News:
Yep, that's Rae's official first kickstarter she ran. As we finished up the Reroll Campaign, Rae said, "Hey, I want to make a kickstarter. It's going to be called: Tentacle Kitty: This Is Meowlloween."
While she took the director role with: "I need a Mothman" or "Make a glowing skeleton" or "We finally need a Cthulhu Kitty", I would draw them up to match her vision of our most spooktacular series yet. She's been running updates more like mini comics, which gives me more work to do, but it's really fun and feels similar to how we were doing the mini Tabletop adventure here on Reroll, just with more art and less dice rolling.
There's a ton of cute critters, and if you're interested in a specific one, we are allowing folks to order them specifically on the Kickstarter. After the campaign, most of them will turn into a Mystery Bag set.
There's so much to go over, but there's a giant Cauldron that turns inside out into a pumpkin,
a Glow in the Dark Candy Dragon (Posable like Ice and Starlight), Mothman, Ghosts, Cthulhu, and more!
Head over and take a look if you're interested by clicking here!
Ends November 1st, and we aren't using the late pledge system for this campaign.
That's it really. So hang tight, Reroll is on the way soon!
You find yourself entering a village surrounded by forest along the main road. Tired, you seek the nearest Tavern for some Cotton Candy Mice and Popfruit Cider.
You notice they have an Adventurers Board. You head over and take a look.
By the time you look up, you're surrounded by other adventurers doing the same.
"Sit down the lot of you! you're blocking the walkway!" The short goblin barkeeper yells at you all.
In a panic you all sit down on the same table. Embarrassed at the group foible, all of you accept your fates.
You introduce yourselves to one another.
(GM: Keep it PG folks, unless we are talking Dad Jokes, no adult topics or jokes)

Project Update: CC Reroll Update: Fulfillment Currently In Progress
Few are asking about an update on the current fulfillment process.
I can tell you it's progressing rather well, I think we are about half way done at this point.
If you having issues with something, feel free to reach out to [email protected]. That is the direct line to the warehouse and the fulfillment team. If there is any issues, they can fix it.
If you haven't heard back yet, hold tight, we had a server issue over the weekend that should be fixed as of today.
Outside of that, that's about it. Things are going well, people are gettin stuff, and so will you very soon!
Hang tight, Email if you need, but one way or another, we got you!

I received an email that my label had been created. I have a tracking number and can now access USPS to see updates. Currently, my item is STILL awaiting arrival at USPS in order to ship. The label was created 9 DAYS AGO!! Between this and a Kickstarter I backed that's showing severely low product quality for those that have actually received their items, I don't think I'll be backing anything for awhile, if ever again. Everyone asks for money upfront for production but can't take care of those same people when fulfillment should begin. Everyone's got an excuse but no one wants to offer up any sort of reimbursement due to frustrations or inconvenience. These projects tend to make WAY more than they require in order to build the product and, for whatever reason, it feels like that extra money just gets pocketed instead of used to ensure fast and efficient delivery of the product we all backed as well as the expected and demonstrated quality. All backing does anymore is cause everyone who took the risk of paying upfront agony as they try and patiently wait for what they paid for a year or longer ago. Never again for those I've already trusted and backed. Haven't had even one good experience.
