Project Update: A Message to Our Brave Backers: The Quest is Complete!
Hail, noble adventurers!
We are writing to you from the heart of the campaign dungeon, where your patience and dedication have truly shone. We know that the journey has had its challenges, but we are thrilled to announce that all orders have officially been shipped—with the exception of a few heroic orders facing stock issues. Those of you affected by these rare quests have already received a messenger owl (email) with details, and we’re working tirelessly to ensure your treasure is delivered as soon as possible.
Your steadfast patience has been invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for the support you've shown throughout this epic campaign. We’ve learned many lessons along the way, and are now exploring third-party fulfillment options for future quests—ones that will help speed up the process and ensure that all future deliveries will reach you in a far swifter fashion.
With your continued trust, we will forge ahead, better prepared to face any challenges that come our way in future campaigns. You are the heart of our journey, and we couldn’t have reached this milestone without you.

Project Update: Reroll Update: Finishing Up
Hi Everyone!
I've been told there's only a few stragglers left to finish up so most folks should have their critters by now!
If there are any issues, please email [email protected]. This is the primary point of contact for the warehouse team and they will be able to fix any issues that might have arisen.
We want to let everyone know we understand the fulfillment timeline did not meet our standards. We have a solution going forward that is going to drastically reduce fulfillment timelines from months, to weeks after production has completed.
Thank you all again for joining us on this adventure, and we hope you decide to join us again for the next.

Project Update: Reroll Update: Current Status
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to pop in and say we are trying to finish up fulfillment this week if all works as planned. We had some bottlenecks with the amount of help we've been able to get in and trained, but I am pushing our team to finish as soon as possible. There's a bit of a backlog in labeling but we got more people in to help so things should be moving forward faster now.
Hang in there, we are at the final battle with the BBEG! (That's short for Blessed Beasts Embarking Gallantly!)
Just wanted to pop in and say we are trying to finish up fulfillment this week if all works as planned. We had some bottlenecks with the amount of help we've been able to get in and trained, but I am pushing our team to finish as soon as possible. Hi Everyone,
So things have been progressing well at the warehouse, based on what I've heard we are looking at about 4/5th of the shipments have already been sent out. We got the email system working again so if there's any issues you should have any problems getting ahold of the warehouse team via [email protected].
Shouldn't be much more at this point till it's completely fulfilled, and any issues we will fix so no worries. Just be sure to email with your name, backer number, address helps, and we can figure out what's going on and fix you right up.
So hang tight, and all will be fulfilled according to prophesy.

Few are asking about an update on the current fulfillment process.
I can tell you it's progressing rather well, I think we are about half way done at this point.
If you having issues with something, feel free to reach out to [email protected]. That is the direct line to the warehouse and the fulfillment team. If there is any issues, they can fix it.
If you haven't heard back yet, hold tight, we had a server issue over the weekend that should be fixed as of today.
Outside of that, that's about it. Things are going well, people are gettin stuff, and so will you very soon!
