On the top floor lived Ovo, the Overthinking Overlord, a brilliant architect who built the city but who is also plagued by endless loops of analysis and worry. Receiving a distress signal from a nearby moon, Ovo sprang to action...but wait. What if they left the Citadel and something went wrong? What if by helping, they only made things worse? What if this wasn't a distress signal at all? As Ovo was deeply overthinking the situation, the Citadel doors burst open Calmer Chameleon and Ami the Anxious Astronaut entered.
