Tracking Number Systems
A few of you might have received double emails for Tracking Numbers or an email for a Tracking Number even though you've already received your items. Thanks in advance for that, we're trying out a few different ways to try and get you your tracking number. Historically, orders outside the US and UK have had a tough time automatically sending you notifications, and so we're trying to solve as many of those issues as we can.

If you haven't received a tracking number and you'd like yours, please message or email us at support[at]thecompanion.app and we'll sort that out.

Packing
For those of you that bought a full set and display case, originally I packed the Lunar New Year set into display case for you. And they are even cuter in real life than this photo.

After my "international shipping thrashing" test, some of the pins would fall out of the foam so we ultimately decided to just package the display boxes and the pins separately.

The other things that's really nice is that if you're a Companion super fan, it actually fits every pin we've ever created. Not gonna lie, it looks pretty cool 🔥🔥🔥

Hi Companions!

I am so energized as we head into Spring and wanted to share an important update. Nearly all of you have filled out your surveys and because we ship from two locations, Non-US backers, all of your rewards have arrived from the manufacturer and US backers, your rewards should arrive Monday.

We're (likely) able to start shipping our your rewards next week. Just like with our Kickstarter, we'll send in batches:

Just because they are in batches, does not necessarily mean they won't be sent out the same day, but we do have batches to increase accuracy but also we want everyone to receive their pins as close to each other as possible. International orders tend to take several days to a week whereas US and UK orders can arrive in 1-2 days. So by doing it this way, it lines up better.

Thank you for bearing with me on the less frequent updates! Some of you will know, my little preemie daughter Ada decided to join us a few months early in January, and I'm thankful to say, she has come home 2 weeks ago without a feeding tube or assisted oxygen. However, that hasn't slowed us down on getting these pins and we can't wait to see them out in the world!

After this weekend, 86% of you have filled out the survey, so I can guestimate what I need to order with the manufacturers! If you haven't done it yet, it only takes a minute or two.

Hey Companions!

As 57% of you will know, we kicked off our surveys yesterday and over half of you have already filled them out...thanks! Once we get to ~80%, I'll place the final orders to our manufacturers. If you have some time this weekend, please fill out our survey, it should be in your inbox. And if you haven't received it, please contact me and I'll help sort.

The last main item to manufacture is the collab pin: Crunch Crunch Calmer Chameleon Pin. I'm curious to know if folks like these pins...maybe we can make them available for sale in the future.

It's been about 2 weeks since I last updated you all. Nearly all of you have successfully completed your payments. If you haven't yet, can you clear it with your credit cards and banks? We really appreciate!

Apologies on the slight delay, I've been battling a cold and then an awesome flu/fever over the past 2 weeks. The spine shivering 🥶 kind, but through my fever pitch delirium, I (think) I've managed to set up the BackerKit Pledge Manager and Pre-Order shop correctly.

Timeline
Let's work together on this because it would be so awesome to be able to ship these pins out to you during March. However, I realized we have freebie pins I still need to manufacture and then I need to know where I should ship them to...US or UK HQ? 

So we'll need to coordinate this together, but let's aim for an April shipping time with a stretch goal of the last week of March. The faster you all fill out your surveys, the faster I can manufacture. 

Assuming Flu Lawrence set everything up correctly, we'd love to send out a Smoke Test next week to 5% of you around Wednesday. And as long as there aren't any issues, we'll then send out the survey to everyone on Friday.

One last important thing...video essays!
Welles has been working incredibly hard at creating and launching a new format...our video essays. These are like 15-20 min documentaries on your favorite shows. Perfect to watch during breakfast, at work, or toilet break.
