Tracking Number Systems A few of you might have received double emails for Tracking Numbers or an email for a Tracking Number even though you've already received your items. Thanks in advance for that, we're trying out a few different ways to try and get you your tracking number. Historically, orders outside the US and UK have had a tough time automatically sending you notifications, and so we're trying to solve as many of those issues as we can.
If you haven't received a tracking number and you'd like yours, please message or email us at support[at]thecompanion.app and we'll sort that out.
Packing For those of you that bought a full set and display case, originally I packed the Lunar New Year set into display case for you. And they are even cuter in real life than this photo.
After my "international shipping thrashing" test, some of the pins would fall out of the foam so we ultimately decided to just package the display boxes and the pins separately.
The other things that's really nice is that if you're a Companion super fan, it actually fits every pin we've ever created. Not gonna lie, it looks pretty cool 🔥🔥🔥
