A public update this week to ensure as many people see the information as possible!
Firstly and most importantly, as we near the end of our development cycle on Faerie and move swiftly towards production (and distribution!) we need to start locking down our numbers for physical goods.
The following message is ONLY relevant to Pre-Order customers, not original campaign backers!
As of today, we will be locking existing Pre-Orders so changes cannot be made to them. As of friday this week (7th June) we will be charging ALL cards on those orders. If your card fails to charge, your order will be entirely forfeit, so please get this fixed ASAP (Reach out to me at [email protected] for any support here). If you rectify this after we send our final numbers off to our manufacturer then you could potentially miss out on recieivng any physical rewards from Faerie at all!
Due to the nature of Backerkits Pre-Order capability this will mean we will stop taking digitial Pre-Orders too but we will replace this with a link to our digitial storefront where all of our PDFs will be available (including a Faerie Pre-Order right up until publication!). More on that in a later update to come!
Okay, now the housekeeping is out of the way, a general update: In a previous update we mentioned a tentative June distribution deadline and as you may have guessed we haven't hit that, however there are no major delays you need to worry about. We are still on track for our original more general Summer distribution start!
However, as you all know I never like to come empty handed so I have delved deep into the bestiary and torn some pages a sunder for you to view! I present the official art for three of Faeries Fearsome Foes:
The Shellycoat - A strange creature that collects bits and pieces from fallen warriors, covering itself in their armour. The Screaming Skull - A particularly horrifying brand of undead that pulls on the numerous british myths of cursed relics and skulls across the isles. The Wulver - Strange Lupine Faeries that don't shift back and forth like a werewolf but permenantly exist in a horrifying amalgamation of beast and man.
