Hi everyone!

Thank you all for your incredible patience as we finish up the shipping part of this project. As we have mentioned before, production took way longer than we had expected which immensely affected our planned shipping timeline. Alas, we are finally near the end of the tunnel!

As we hope most of you know by now, most packages have already been shipped and delivered ❤️ Feel free to tag us in any pics on social media and we'll be sure to share them!

If you made a group order (multiple zines in one order), your package is being sent off this Tuesday. We needed to look for special packaging so they were unfortunately at the bottom of our queue 😅. We will also attempt to send off the packages from a couple of stragglers whose surveys/shipping payments we just recently got on that day.

There are a small number of people whose packages haven’t been shipped yet: backers who never filled their survey (so we don't know where to send the goodies to!) and backers whose payment method bounced. Please check your email, several reminders have been sent through BackerKit.

We also had about a dozen backers who still had shipping fees to be paid. There seemed to be an issue with the surveys being marked as closed. This has now been solved so, unless the card we had on record bounced, these fees have now been charged and we will be trying to get these packages out to the post office as soon as possible.

We've also heard of some packages with missing or damaged goods. In that case, please make sure to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can sort it out!

Finally, what we know a lot of you have been waiting for: digital zines! We will be sending the digital download link later this week, on Saturday, February 21st. This will also be the date we finally lift our exclusivity clause and contributors will be able to share their incredible pieces online! 🎉

That's all for now. We will focus on closing out shipping and making sure everyone got their goodies in proper order before announcing the opening of the leftovers shop, where we will put any remaining stock we have on sale for anyone who may have missed out during the crowdfunding campaign.

Hey everyone!

First of all we want to give our sincerest apologies about the constant delays, and to thank you all for your incredible patience. We thought we had our estimates figured out after Volume 1, turns out we really didn't. With the upgrade to hardcovers, we opted for a new manufacturer for the zines this time around, and both the production and shipping took much longer that we had originally expected.

But we bring some good news! As mentioned before, we already had all of the merch ready to go. The Santiago charms now all have the correct clasp. Look how cute!

Everyone please give it up for our amazing shipping mod Ara who took on the task of exchanging all of these clasps ❤️

The zines also finally arrived a couple of days ago. With the holidays just around the corner, we haven't had the opportunity to properly check them yet, but we will be starting to package and ship out orders as soon as that's done. We expect to start shipping around early January, potentially sooner (provided there aren't any massive problems with the zines, so everyone please cross your fingers). If you need to update your address due to a move, please email us directly at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can update our info accordingly before packages start going out.

Hi everyone!

Apologies for the lack of updates, we wanted to be able to have the shipping fees worked out before our next update, which ended up taking longer than expected. We have lot of interesting tidbits to share with you all though!

First of all, shipping fees have now been updated. Overall, international shipping  fees have ended up lower than we originally expected, while US fees are a bit higher, here's the breakdown:

Any order including both zines will be between 20-30oz, which is why we have highlighted that tier. Don't worry about doing any math though, when you head to your survey, it will automatically calculate the weight of your order according to the items in your cart, and charge you accordingly.

You have until December 5th to update your address if needed. After that date, Backerkit will automatically charge shipping fees based on your order and address. You should receive a reminder email with a link to your survey a couple of days before the charge is due. If you still haven't filled out your survey or provided a valid payment method, please do so immediately, as we will be unable to get your order to you otherwise. We have every piece of merchandise except for the zines now, and while we hoped to start shipping bundles out in November, we think it is unlikely we'll be able to with the Thanksgiving holiday next week.  

As a note, aside from still waiting for the zines to arrive, we are also waiting for updated clasps for the Santiago charm, as our manufacturer fumbled a bit and send them our way with the wrong clasp. Fear not though, the correct clasps are coming!

And now for the fun part! Take a look at these goodies 😍 (or look away if you don't want to spoil the surprise 😉)

Hi everyone!

Thank you for your patience as we quietly work on production behind the scenes. We bring some exciting tidbits as well as some unfortunate news. To start with the most important news, we now estimate shipping to start in mid to late November.

Getting started on production took us a bit longer that we had originally planned for, and we encountered a pretty big roadblock when our selected manufacturer for the zines informed us they would need to check their guidelines when it comes to printing NSFW material 🙃. We are happy to share the situation has been resolved, but this stressful incident added an extra layer of delay which means the zines are just now about to be produced. 

Not all news are bummers though! All other merch is right now either in production, on its way to us, or already on our hands. Scroll to the end of this post for a sneak peek at our prints, postcard, and the gorgeous Claudia standee 😍 (or don't! If you want to keep the surprise). Also, for anyone that got the Volume 1 digital zine as an add-on, you should have received a link to the digital download by now. We had set it up to automatically distribute once orders were locked in, but it seems we missed clicking on a button. Our bad and sorry for the delay on getting those to you!

We have most surveys by now, but there are still a handful of backers that have not filled them out yet. Please do so, as we will be unable to fulfill your order otherwise. Similarly, there are a couple of people who have filled the survey but whose cards have bounced back. Please check your emails and update your card as soon as possible.

Hey everyone!

As you have hopefully already noticed, surveys are out for all backers. You are able to make changes to your pledge such as changing pledge levels or getting some extra add-ons until September 28th, when we will be locking surveys. While we are already collecting addresses, shipping won't be charged until later, so, if you plan on moving in the near future, don't worry, you will still be able to update your address beyond the September 28th deadline. We also highly recommend checking our FAQ here and on our pledge manager if you have any questions.

We are elated to see so many of you have already filled out your surveys! For those who haven't, please do so at your soonest convenience. The sooner we have everyone's responses, the sooner we can send the zines out for printing, since we need your preferred names for the patronage section. In the case of someone not filling the survey before the deadline, we will credit them as an anonymous patron.

We have also opened the option for late pledges until September 28th, so if you know someone who missed the campaign, let them know there is still one last chance to grab some goodies! Late pledges, as well as any extra add-ons purchased by backers that go beyond what you initially pledged, will be charged after the deadline.

And some good news: for anyone that got the Volume 1 digital bundle, the digital download will be made available immediately after the deadline, once surveys are locked and payments processed, so pretty soon!

We will keep you updated as we go through the production phase. We are a bit behind our preferred schedule, it still hoping to ship out packages sometime in October 🤞
