I've had a busy (and productive) time these past couple of months. Text has come back from the editor and been finalized, and MG2e is now in layout. I've the rest of September without other commitments, and my plan is to focus furiously on the layout and get the game in your hands as soon as possible. That said, I also want to make sure the game is in the best possible state, and that includes the layout.
Here's a taste of what the game is going to look like: Once the layout is finalized, I'll release another update (might make a few updates in between to show off some of the new monster art and possibly introduce y'all to Forn Lednobus). Once layout is finalized, you have one week to lock in your orders. I'll charge cards after that and then send the digital versions out to all who've ordered them. That'll also mark the beginning of the MONSTER GUTS 2e game jam, an opportunity for y'all to dream up new monsters, Hunting Zones, and more and then share them with the rest of the MG2e community. While all that's going on, I'll move into physical edition production and start reaching out to my Monstrous Bio-Scientists to get started on designing your monsters.
