We (us + printer) made an oopsie
The printer gave us a suggestion to put the page numbers at the bottom, we agreed and checked the pages we thought we needed to check, failed to notice something on the 3rd page. The printer did see it and moved a word that was covering the number, but they didn't notice that word now overlapping over another one :(
This change was post-print sample so we didn't catch it until the1.000 units arrived :)
