Once the campaign ends, we’ll send out a survey and you’ll be able to select the exact Puppy type and pay for shipping!
Early backers of the campaign will receive one free Puppy Pouch (value $25 usd) for eligible pledges. These are first come first serve and are subject to limited stock!

Your rewards will be carefully packed and shipped directly from our factory in Thailand as soon as production completes. Most packages arrive within 4 to 10 working days once shipped, and all shipments will be fulfilled within 2 weeks after production begins.
We’ve already shipped many packages worldwide so we’re confident your order will reach you smoothly.
🧾 Customs & Import Fees & Tariffs
Depending on your country, you may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or handling fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient. In our experience, this is rare, less than 5% of people.
If your package is held at customs for whatever reason, we’re happy to provide any documentation (e.g. invoice or proof of purchase) within 1 business day to help you resolve it quickly. You can email me at [email protected] to get it sorted!

We ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Oceania, and Asia.
Exceptions include countries under active trade sanctions, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
These are approximate shipping prices for our featured pledge levels, depending on the package weight and size. These are estimates and are subject to change.
Packages are fully insured and tracked.
📦 Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages
All packages will include full insurance for the value of the package.
If there are any issues with mishandling on the part of the delivery service, I'll work very closely with you and the delivery service to either get you a full refund or replacement.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees, we can resend it—but the reshipping cost will need to be covered by the backer.
