Dear backers,

I'm excited to update you that our new shipping method to the US is now functional and tested with a small batch of deliveries. We expect that you do not have to pay any additional customs fees specifically related to the recent tariffs.

The expected delivery time after dispatch is around 10 days. There is a gigantic backlog on EMS's side in Thailand as well as once it lands in the US so we'd appreciate if you can bear with us.

Thank you so much for waiting this long. It's just been absolutely hectic trying to figure how to get the puppies to you all and we super appreciate you being so patient.

A positive update! We've working with EMS over the last 2 weeks and we've negotiated a new route to ship the plushies to you. We'll start shipping some backer rewards on Monday as a test to see if things are going through properly

There is significant uncertainty around processing time, tariff processing etc. since we are apparently the first people to send from our region using this method. Also EMS are extremely backed up so it'll take some time to get all the packages shipped out.

I apologise for how this may inconvenience you but we are trying our hardest because truly no one at EMS and Thai post have a clear idea of how shipping to the US works right now since the rules have changed significantly.

IMPORTANT UPDATE  Production was completed on Wednesday. 

We have shipped all non-US based backers' pledge rewards. You'll be updated individually with a tracking code.

Unfortunately, since the lifting of deminimis packages under the current US administration, our shipping provider has halted all packages to the US.

We have been promised an update within the next 4 weeks because they are figuring a way to reenable this route.
