Hi, how will the shipping be handled? I know Campfire was prohibitively expensive, and I had to abandon the idea of backing it; the shipping costs to the EU were just insane. Now this is a paper booklet and a folded map, so it might be more feasible, but I haven't found even estimates anywhere.
