   The surveys have been sent to your email, which means you can now choose which items you’d like. I have included the option to add-on some items as well. 

  Once the surveys are sent back to me with your choices, I can tally up everything and have production start! 

  Make sure to double check your card and shipping info once you have completed your survey. 😊

  I’ve made sure that you have until October 1st to fill out your survey. On October 2nd, I’ll lock in all items so I can utilize the funds to start production.
