We ran the survey test on Tuesday, and everything went smoothly, so the survey is now being sent to all backers. Your survey link should hit your inbox shortly after this update!

When you open the survey, you’ll be guided through a quick process to confirm your pledge and any add-ons you selected during the campaign. You’ll also have the chance to purchase additional items you may have missed during the campaign! After that, you'll be prompted to enter your shipping information and then receive a shipping cost quote.

As a reminder, your card will not be charged right away. Any additional add-ons you order during the survey and shipping will not be charged until I lock surveys. This is not expected to take place until mid-January, so you'll have time to set aside funds if needed!

🌱 In our last update, we teased Cinder’s sticker design and a new add-on. Now it’s time for the big reveal!

Cinder’s sticker is finally here, and we’re also introducing a brand-new washi tape designed by my very talented partner, Soyyemilk! 💕

Both Cinder's sticker and washi tape can now be purchased through the survey, along with all the plushies, clothes, and other stickers!

 To prepare everyone again, here's a quick Q&A regarding surveys!

🍄 When do I pay for my survey add-ons and shipping?

You’ll be charged for any add-ons and shipping costs after surveys are locked. While we don’t have an exact date yet, surveys are estimated to lock sometime in mid-January. Once the date is set and gets closer, I’ll post regular reminders so you’ll know when your card will be charged.

🍄  Can I change my selections after I submit my survey?

Yes! You’ll be able to adjust your survey until it locks, which is expected to happen sometime in January. Once the lock date is set and gets closer, I’ll send regular reminders so you can make any final changes.

🍄  I may be moving soon. Will I be able to change my address?

Yes! Even after the survey locks, you’ll still be able to update your address. You can edit it up until right before the rewards are ready to ship. A few weeks before shipping, I’ll send a reminder to double-check your address to make sure everything’s correct!

🍄  I'm not sure what items I want yet. Do I need to respond to the survey right away?

The survey will stay open until around January 15th, or until all samples are ready, which might take a bit longer. You don't have to make your decision right away! That said, early survey responses help us get a head start on production planning! You’ll still be able to edit your survey until it locks, so you’ll have time to adjust your choices if you're unsure.
