It's been a bit too long since our last update!

We’ve been in the “production lull” that campaigns face when there isn’t much to report or share, but that time is finally coming to a close! Moving forward, we’ll be returning to more frequent updates as we near the end of the production phase and inch closer to fulfillment!

I'm so excited to report that plush production is complete!

This past week the plush were safely packed up, loaded onto a boat, and began their journey across the sea! Typically, this trip would take around 6 weeks, but due to the ever-changing tariffs, we opted for a faster shipping route, so we should see the plush much sooner! If everything goes smoothly with customs, they should arrive in just 3 to 4 weeks.

To help you all get excited, here's a peek at the finished plush!

I can’t wait to see them all in person! From the photos alone, the craftmanship and quality control looks absolutely AMAZING! I'm very hopeful that the majority of the plush will look fantastic 💚

Clothing production is still underway! It’ll likely be a few more weeks before everything is finished and ready to ship. That said, we’re planning to use this window of time to our advantage. During this time we plan to sort through the plush, doing our own round of quality checks and small fixes before we begin shipping out rewards. This gap gives us a perfect opportunity to get that done before the clothes arrive!

We’re also still waiting on a few of our smaller rewards to arrive — like the stickers and washi tape — but they’re expected to arrive within the next few weeks, which puts us in a good spot to begin small-order fulfillment soon! These items should arrive before the plush and clothes do, so we’ll begin fulfilling orders that only contain stickers, washi tape, and the supporter pin once we have all of those items in hand.

If your order falls into that category, please keep an eye on your email! We’ll be locking addresses for those small orders earlier than the others.

As for orders containing plush and clothing, we’ll begin fulfillment for those as soon as possible. Our current estimate is to begin shipping those orders at beginning of October. Of course, timelines may shift, and we’ll continue to keep you up to date as everything progresses!

As of this update, there are still about 100 orders with incomplete surveys or missing payments. If that includes you, we kindly ask that you complete your survey and finalize payment as soon as possible so we can ensure you get your rewards!

This is just a quick reminder that any remaining balances on your orders will be charged tomorrow around 8 PM EST / 5 PM PST!

If you’d like to double-check your balance or see which card you have on file, you can do so through this page.

On a related note, I spent today going through all the orders and locating any backers who placed multiple or duplicate orders through the pre-order store. I’ve gone ahead and combined those into a single order to help save on shipping costs and keep things more organized on our end! If your orders were affected, you should have received an email from me letting you know!

Hello everyone!

The time is officially ticking down to make any final changes to your survey or to submit a pre-order!

Surveys will lock and the pre-order store will close at 1 AM EST / 10 PM PST tomorrow, on June 3rd. That’s technically a little over 24 hours away, but I didn’t want to send this update in the middle of the night haha!

I also want to share that we’re changing the card charge date to June 6th! We’ve received lots of requests to move the date since many folks get paid on Friday and we’re happy to make that adjustment as it’s just one day later than originally planned! Hopefully this gives a bit of breathing room to those who need it 💚

On another note, we made some updates to our shipping profiles this past weekend. Don’t worry though — all of the changes are good! Prices have not gone up. In fact, the changes may reduce shipping costs for some of you, especially those with 2-3 plush and a lot of clothing. If that happens to fit you, check your survey! You might see a little drop in your shipping cost 👀

Lastly, if you’re considering requesting a cancellation or partial refund, we kindly ask that you submit your request before June 6th. And as a reminder, once June 6th passes, you won’t be charged again. After then it’s just a matter of sitting back and getting excited for your plushies!
