All sticker-only orders were shipped on August 27th!

All small-item only orders were shipped on September 8th!

The majority of Plush-Only Orders were shipped on or before November 12th!

If your plush-only order hasn’t shipped yet, it’s likely because your order was locked or paid late and was placed into our Plush & Clothing Order queue instead.

πŸ„ Plush & Clothing Orders β€” (IN PROGRESS ⏳ 40% COMPLETE)
We are currently shipping Plush & Clothing Orders! At the time of this update, we still have about 800 orders left to fulfill, and we’re working diligently to get everything shipped as soon as possible.

We did take a week off from packing due to a recent bout of illness in our household, so our timeline has shifted a bit. We now expect to continue shipping orders until mid-January. I know this may be disappointing to hear, but we’re working as quickly as we can, and your patience truly means the world to us.

🌰 For Pre-Order Backers

Many of our recent help requests have come from pre-order backers, so I wanted to include an update specifically for you guys! Campaign backers are often familiar with the bumps and delays that projects like this can come with, but many of our pre-order backers joined later in the game and may not have expected the same possibilities.

When we opened pre-orders, we genuinely believed we would have everything completed by October. Clearly, that hasn’t happened, and we’re still fulfilling orders now. I know this has been confusing and frustrating for some of you, and all I can offer is my sincerest apologies. This is our first campaign and our first time taking pre-orders in this format, and there have been mistakes and miscommunications along the way.

To offer more clarity, we are packing orders chronologically, beginning with orders placed during the original campaign. After those are fulfilled, we will begin shipping pre-orders. Because of this, pre-orders will be fulfilled toward the beginning of January.

Again, I am so sorry for the delays, but I hope this information provides a bit more peace of mind moving forward.

πŸ‚ For Backers With 4 or More Plush

While we are fulfilling orders in chronological order, orders containing 4 or more plush have been set aside for now and will be completed after orders containing 1–3 plush, but before pre-orders are fulfilled.

This choice was made because larger orders take significantly longer to pack and we want to tackle our overall volume as efficiently as possible. If your order includes 4 or more plush, it will likely be fulfilled toward the end of December.

🍁 For Canadian Backers β€” Canada Post Strike

We recently emailed all Canadian backers to offer the option of shipping your order during the Canada Post postal strike. This email may have ended up in your spam folder, so please check the email associated with your Backerkit account if you’d like us to ship your order as soon as possible! 

🌰 Address Changes or Holiday Holds

It has been a while since we locked addresses, so if you need to change yours, please email us at [email protected] with your order information (Backerkit email and/or shipping name) as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can update your address!

If you won’t be home for the holidays and would like us to hold your package, please email us with your order information and the dates you’d like your order held. Alternatively, since we ship everything through USPS, now is a great time to contact your local post office and put a temporary mail hold in place if necessary! 
We can't control or be responsible for stolen packages, so please reach out to us or your post office to help keep your order safe while you’re away.

πŸ‚ A Final Note..

I know updates that push timelines back are never fun to read, so I wanted to end this by re-expressing my thanks and gratitude for all of the support, understanding, and patience you all have shown thus far! 

And for the sake of honesty and accountability: I hold myself to a really high standard, and sometimes that gets in the way of setting realistic expectations. I often think I can do more than I actually can and try to push myself into a level of performance that isn’t sustainable, which has caused some issues along the way. I really should have padded our shipping timeline more from the start, but I kept it tight in the hopes it would push me to magically work faster. I think a lot of us have made that mistake at one point or another, and I hope you can understand that my mistakes came from a place of wanting to do my best!
