I'm going to be honest: when I started writing this game, it felt a bit foolish. A solo TTRPG that tries to mimic the brutal nature of a souls like? Sounds like a crazy idea that most of my audience just wouldn’t enjoy but here we are.
Even if you believe in what you're making ONE-HUNDRED PERCENT, you still struggle to imagine writing the words "WE FUNDED AND THEN SOME".
Regardless, this went beyond my wildest expectations with your incredible support.

This wasn’t a goal but as a thank you I will be adding an additional Dungeon Path that will take you through the trials of the Draconic Primordials of Creation, facing their Avatar in a final showdown.
I’m very excited since I didn’t expect this response to the title and we are so very close to achieving the final stretch goals for this campaign!
Instead of spiralling into an explosion of self-congratulation, I have already started brainstorming ways we can make this book even more interesting and interactive with some new mechanics that elevate the current game to that next level!
Playtesting will be opening up around 4 weeks after the end of this campaign but discord invites will be open before that!
Even though this is a campaign for a book, I hope that Ashes will be the start of a longer-lasting relationship between us and the 950+ people who've backed the campaign. I hope you'll love what we create next and stick around as we continue on this creative journey.
