Project Update: Day Two of Despair Dilemma!!

Hey everyone! Nora Again!!

What a first day, we've already hit two stretch goals and we're nearly there to hitting a third!! Streaming with you all yesterday was a blast too - I've uploaded the VOD here if you missed the stream and want to watch it, but we'll announce the date of the next stream sometime today after we've had a chance to check our schedules properly!

With that all said, there's a couple things we need to get to at the start of Day 2!

Last Chance for The Bleeding Heart Community Drive!

With over 200 backers and even more that have been generous enough to support funding more copies, we're already able to give an incredible number of Community Copies of Despair Dilemma to TTRPG fans and gamers in need! We'll be doing this over Itch.io with their Community Copy system once the game releases, so you can trust people facing financial hardship and discrimination will still have the chance to play!

This is still a great time to share Despair Dilemma with any friends you think might be interested of course! We still have almost a whole day left, and every additional backer means one more person who wouldn't have the chance can give the game a swing!

Voting on the Setting for the Backer Death Game

Yesterday we announced our plans to work together with you all to create a Death Game, and the first question we asked was what setting we should be basing the sheet on. The responses have been incredible and some of these ideas are really bloody interesting and evocative! Personally, I have no idea which option I'd pick, but, luckily... I don't have to!

For the next stage of the Backer Death Game, I've attached a poll with all of the ideas people had, and in two days, when the poll is over, we'll be using the top result as the basis for our Death Game!

In the off chance that for whatever reason, we have a tie between multiple ideas, me and Iris will deliberate on which one to move forward with. That said, we'd really love not to do that (I can only imagine the tied options will be a difficult choice to make!!), so please feel free to comment below and pitch the option you like the most to everyone else here and help it win!
