Great news – USPS just picked up the last of our domestic US packages. Don't worry if your tracking information doesn't get updated immediately, it can take awhile to get all those scanned and updated.
Our next step is to get the international packages all packed up and out the door. We hope to have those ready to go on Friday.
Once you get your order, please check it for accuracy. All orders were picked and packed by real humans that can make mistakes so please let us know if your order isn't correct. If any of your items are damaged or defective, please reach out to us with a picture of the damage. Prints are by their nature difficult to ship in pristine/perfect condition and as such, we aren't going to be replacing minor edge and corner damage.

International Orders
All international orders were shipped out earlier today and all tracking notifications have been sent. Reminder if anybody has any issues with their order, please reach out to us via email at [email protected]. International orders can take time to reach their destination and you shouldn't worry if your tracking doesn't update immediately or often. If you haven't received your order after 60 days, please reach out to us.
Declined charges and Incomplete Surveys
We still have a few backers who have yet to complete their survey and a few more who still have declined charges. We will try to charge declined cards and send survey reminders for roughly the next two weeks. If you haven't completed your survey or fixed your declined payment by August 15th, we will assume you don't want your rewards and your pledge will be forfeit. If you didn't get a tracking notification for your order and believe you should have, you might be one of these people. Please contact us via email at [email protected], we're happy to help.
Digital Wallpapers Coming Soon
Finally, we are going to be sending digital wallpaper rewards by next Tuesday (Aug 5th) at the latest but we hope to send them sooner than that. Those will be distributed via email through Backerkit.
We'll have one update after we send the digital wallpapers and a final update on August 15th when we close out this campaign.

This means it's time to lock shipping addresses
To get everything ready to ship, we'll need to start locking down shipping addresses. You have one week to make any changes to your shipping address. You can do so by managing your pledge and making the necessary changes. We'll lock down shipping addresses on July 8th. If you are moving soon or need to make any changes to your shipping address after that lockdown date, you need to email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Production Update
We hope everybody is having a lovely June. We've got a few things to share with you. The first pins have arrived! You can see Inari, Solara, Midori, and the Pollen Puff pins in their packaging.
Jade and Lotus are still in production but are due to be completed in early July. The factory sent us a picture of their finished boxes and some obviously unfinished pins! All in all, we are on track to start shipping these to you early to mid-July!
Other things going on with Dragons and Beasties
As a friendly reminder, our Zen & Harmony Plushies Kickstarter is ending next week so don't wait. That campaign ends on June 25th @ 2 pm MDT.

With Jade and Lotus in production, we are expecting to receive the pins, stickers, and pin boards by the end of June. We are still on track to get these shipped to you mid to late July if not sooner.
