Project Update: Closing Update
Hello Everybody,
This will be our final update for this project. All orders have been shipped and digital rewards have been distributed. If you missed out on the campaign or are looking to pick up some additional Jade and Lotus items, we'll have any extras available on our main website (https://dragonsandbeasties.com) this fall.
If you have any issues with your order, please email us at [email protected]. You have 15 days after receiving your order to reach out to us about any issues, after which, we'll still be happy to help with any issues you may have but replacements may be subject to a shipping and/or replacement fee.
We only have a handful of declined charge orders left. We will attempt to charge cards one final time on August 20th. Any orders still declined after that will be canceled. If you are one of these people and need more time, please reach out to us via email ([email protected]) by the 20th and we would be happy to work with you.
We want to close this out by thanking all of you for your support on this project! It's been wonderful to see all the positive responses from the backers who've received your rewards. We think these turned out amazing and it's great to see that reflected from you as well!
