I submitted a ticket days ago that the VAT I'm being charged is almost double of what it should be, and the deadline for finishing my survey is almost there, yet I've still got no word VAT had been corrected. With how expensive shipping to Europe already is, and with import charges still being added later, there's simply no way I will pay this overcharge. Additionally, I recently bought some of the plushies from Dragonsteel, and they're already falling apart just sitting on my nightstand. I submitted a ticket for those too, over a week ago, and still no word either.
