Hey everyone,
The missing freebie items issue has been resolved by the dev team at Backerkit. clicked the wrong thing during the campaign, which triggered it to stop counting backers receiving said freebies.
The missing freebie items issue has been resolved by the dev team at Backerkit. clicked the wrong thing during the campaign, which triggered it to stop counting backers receiving said freebies.
To receive your free items an action is required by you the backer.
Even if you've already completed your survey, you will need to reopen your survey to confirm and click next on the pledge question that asks you to confirm your free items. Please note that if you do not do this, your survey will show as complete to me, but the free items won't be included in your order.
When you reopen your survey, this should be the page you are brought to. Please click the next button and follow the survey to the confirmation page.
