The missing freebie items issue has been resolved by the dev team at Backerkit. clicked the wrong thing during the campaign, which triggered it to stop counting backers receiving said freebies. 

 Even if you've already completed your survey, you will need to reopen your survey to confirm and click next on the pledge question that asks you to confirm your free items. Please note that if you do not do this, your survey will show as complete to me, but the free items won't be included in your order.
