Project Update: Ten Days, A Baker's Dozen of Freebies and Stretch Goals

Hey friends, the momentum on this project has been absolutely amazing, we are so grateful for your support!

Let's take a minute to recap everything we've unlocked so far:

  • Upgrades to the final version of the book (fancy endpapers, spot gloss, and an epub version)
  • Seven new features added to The Red Ledger - new trackers, new lists, a section in the book dedicated to district maps and more!
  • A sheet of Blades stickers with every print pledge, featuring icons, clocks, trackers, etc.
  • A digital copy of the Red Ledger (including the upgraded features unlocked by stretch goals) for every backer at the $12 level and up
  • At-cost coupons for a POD version of the premium Cutter's Deck
  • Blades-themed digital wallpapers and Zoom backgrounds
  • The Vigilantes and Broken Spire playsets

And at 3000 backers, we'll add a PDF copy of Ash McAllan's City of Red Waters setting to everyone who pledges at the $12 level and up.

We're just 75 backers away, so unlocking that reward and adding it to Scurlock's Vault is very achievable!

Two quick tidbits before we head into the weekend:

If you'd like to take a deep dive into the origins of Deep Cuts, the creative process, shifting a property across mediums, and more, check out the latest episode of Tabletop Talk from Third Floor Wars.

Host Craig Shipman does a thoughtful and wide-ranging interview with Blades creator John Harper. It covers Deep Cuts and much, much more. Find it here or wherever you get your podcasts.

Second, we know there's a lot of other projects crowdfunding right now, and we want to take a moment to give a special shoutout to Galactic & Going Rogue over on Kickstarter.

Two tabletop RPGs in one book, Galactic & Going Rogue are united under the themes of resistance, relationships, and galaxy-spanning adventure.

Evil Hat's own graphic design wizard Cris Viana worked on this project, so we may show some bias, but this book looks gorgeous. We're also intrigued by the GM-less play offered up here.

If you're a fan of Star Wars, Andor, or Rogue One check it out.
