Project Update: Latest Fulfillment News (The News is Good)
Hey friends, We just have two short updates for you today!
1) The physical copies of the Red Ledger have finished printing and our warehouse has started sending reward packages that include it! So if you pledged for the Devil's Bargain Bundle or bumped your pledge to include the Red Ledger as a physical add-on, the warehouse is working on sending out your complete rewards package right now. Thanks for your patience.
2) We're actively working with DriveThruRPG to refund anyone who ordered the POD version of Deep Cuts with the defective cover. We have instructed them to issue a refund for the full cost plus shipping. You do not have to email them (or us) to get your refund. They identified the full list of affected orders and their customer service team is proactively working through them.
As a reminder, if you got a defective cover you are free to do whatever you want with it. There is no need to return it to us or to DTRPG. Use it as a reference copy, draw your own "alternate" cover, gift it to a friend - whatever you decide to do. The text inside is accurate, it's perfectly useable.
We are still waiting to get final approval on the corrected POD. When that happens we'll send out a fresh set of at-cost POD coupon codes. Again, you won't have contact anyone to receive those. We'll email everyone through BackerKit when they are ready to claim.
Again our apologies for the hassle with the POD. We're putting new redundancies into our production workflow to help prevent situations like this from happening again.
