Pledge Management Phase: We are now entering the pledge management phase, which means you can make adjustments to your order and your original pledge, add additional items, change out your add-ons, etc. The money you pledged in the campaign becomes essentially "store credit" to be used towards items in the preorder store. If you have other things you want to add to your order, you'll have the opportunity to purchase them at this point, otherwise your default order should match up 1:1 with what you pledged for.
We still have awhile to go before we have photos of the velvet pouch, the cylinder holder or the wooden box, but we're working on them and will ensure they are epic
Shipping Costs: Reminder, shipping is being assessed based on your total order when filling out your pledge surveys - this was indicated in the campaign, but we do not give refunds purely on the basis of shipping costs. Please account for this in your checkout phase!
Ordering Additional Sets: With the release of the plating pictures, some people indicated they wanted to get additional sets. If you want to purchase additional sets, we are running a promo on them to do additional set of 78 coins at a discount for $129. This will only apply if you order *additional* sets, in addition to your initial purchase, and does not apply to the Minor/Major Arcanas or the accessories bundles.
Right this moment, there's an issue in the creator dashboard that's not allowing us to change or create new add-ons. This will get adjusted in the near future when their portal is fixed, but if you have a second set, we will issue a credit in your profile if you have a second one ordered.
We anticipate getting some additional questions, so please feel free to contact us. We will make some adjustments to the surveys based on feedback as well, so email us or let us know in the comments if you need clarifications.
We're looking to start shipping around September/October, so you will have plenty of time to make further order adjustments and address updates.
The color choices have all arrived! We've been waiting to send out surveys till we had these in hand to update with good pictures of them.
We've also got short videos coming so you can see them in action. There are more specific pictures in the Rewards section of the campaign now with a front, back, and angle view. Some of the Shiny and Rainbow colors have some difficulty taking good clear pictures, so the videos might be more useful, but we're excited to have them to choose from at last!
We are currently finishing the last of the suits, anticipating wrapping them up probably around the end of the month. The Swords are currently getting their 3D renders done for adjustments in coin form and will be the first suit ready molding while the others undergo their final line art revisions.
Many of the scenes have had reworks done to more clearly convey the messaging of the card and give more symbolic significance to the scene, and we're looking forward to sharing those with you as well.
We'll post soon when updates are headed out to everybody, just need to get our media converted and accessible for helping make selections from (and to try to add some more details to some of the other add-on items as well). Stay tuned for more details!
Just wanted to give you a quick update on where things stand and answer a few questions.
Work has been continuing on the suits, and we've been working to get the designs for the next round of samples pixel perfect before casting them, since these will be the 3D template that all the coins will utilize, and it's taking more iterations to get them looking right and modeled just the way we want on the master template. We're anticipating a few more weeks to get the new samples in hand, which will include all of the colors and finishes available!
We've finished drafting the pledge surveys and pledge level questions and issued a limited "smoke test" to a handful of backers to identify issues and potential pitfalls. Once we've ironed out any kinks in the surveys, they'll be ready for release. Once that's complete though, we're going to wait just a bit longer before sending them out, since we want to make sure colors/finishes have good pictures available before people start selecting their coin colors, to save having to revisit it later.
Timeline Once you receive your pledge survey, you can modify and upgrade your pledge, make adjustments over time (including updating your address), or finalize your order up until the last few days before things start to ship. You'll usually be charged for any add-ons within a week of filling out those surveys, and shipping will be charged for your order once those surveys are submitted - please plan accordingly!
Future updates will includes photos and better looks at items, so don't feel like you have to make immediate selections without having seen the next stages. There will be plenty of time between survey release and shipping later this year.
Color / Finish Selections Once we get the latest samples in hand, we'll post some good pictures for comparisons, since we're still awaiting samples of Rainbow and Black for demoing.
Boxes and Packaging We're still cooking on the packaging front - once we've got all of the coins starting their molding process, we'll be turning our attention to the various packaging and boxes for the different pledge levels and should have both refined concept and prototype photos coming down the pipeline.
24k Gold Plating Regarding the 24k gold stretch goal add-on; this is available as an add-on, but has been modified to be an 18k gold plating by default, since it will be more durable in common usage and hold up better than 24k gold . If you are looking to just get a shiny or antique gold finish for look, we'd recommend just choosing Shiny Gold / Antique Gold rather than the plated gold, but if you prefer the energetics of gold or want it for display purposes, we can do a 24k gold version. We will be happy to accommodate, but please contact us directly if you want to get it, and we can handle them on a case by case basis. We don't anticipate getting many requests for it, so just shoot us a message.
Pay Later We're new to BackerKit's pay over time feature, and have been informed that backers that used Pay Later will receive their surveys automatically when the final payment has been made.
Preorder Store The store is now live for anyone who wasn't an original backer and still wants to order Tarot Coins or any of the addons, and will continue taking preorders / late pledges. Surveys will be sent out at the same time as the original backer ones.

We've got a long road of finalizing designs for production and testing our samples, then it's time for full scale manufacturing and fulfillment. Some notes for what comes next:
Pledge Manager Phase:
The next phase will be the Pledge Manager Phase. Pledge money will be collected over the next 14 days by BackerKit. In a few weeks, the BackerKit pledge manager will come into play.
The money you pledged essentially functions as "store credit" in the BackerKit platform that you'll use to make your selections and choices for the items you want. If you want your exact pledge and nothing else, you just checkout with the default selection. If you want to readjust your pledge to get a higher or lower tier and/or get other items a la carte, you may do so at this time. If you backed even at the $1 level, you have until we begin shipping to upgrade your pledge and still benefit from the stretch goals.
During checkout, there will be survey questions asking what colors/finishes you want, your shipping address, etc. You can make adjustments to your order throughout the Pledge Manager phase, and we highly encourage you to keep your shipping address current.
Shipping will also be collected during this phase, so remember to figure that in with your costs!
When we reach the Shipping phase of the campaign, we'll post several times about it with reminders to update your address. We usually hold orders in "quarantine" for about a week to ensure that you have a final reminder to catch and update your address before it goes out the door.
We will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
Late Backers:
If you missed the original campaign, not to worry - you can still get the items, and any of the add-ons as well. We'll keep new ordering open through the end of the shipping phase for anyone wanting to join in along the way. Some of the stretch goals won't be included by default like they are for the original backers, but you can still benefit from all of the upgrades that got unlocked along the way.

We're in the last 24 hours, and you guys have unlocked virtually all of the stretch goals - amazing! We're going to change the 24k gold option to be what unlocks at the $175,000 tier, and keep a mystery $200,000 stretch goal as the final goal - right now it's looking like we'll creep close to that level, and there'll be some fabulous things that unlock if we reach it.

Personalized Coins:
The Personalized Coins also recently unlocked at the $150,000 level - everyone who purchased a Full Set or a Complete Bundle will receive a personalized coin with an inscription of your choice up to a certain character maximum, as well as your choice of coin plating/finish (the default will be the color you choose for your set).
We have also added the Personalized Coin to the Add-Ons as well, for anyone backing pledges that don't include the 78-coin sets, if you want to receive a Personalized Coin anyway.

I was happy to hear that the surveys are out and based on some of the commentary, people have already received theirs. I haven't. Is there something I'm missing? I've checked my spam folder, et al, but nothing.

When I was going through the survey today, I found that I could not have a 'no text' coin. Initially I chose "Void", but in reality, I want a no-text coin.
Your app doesn't permit 'no text' as a response.
My idea was that this is the 79'th coin that represents unmade, undifferentiated, and all possibilities - void.
Hello Geekify - So excited to receive my survey this morning! I know it doesn't speed up delivery, but it felt good to make my finish choice and finalize other details. Two questions:
1) Under the add-ons, if you choose to add a single extra coin, do you have a choice of WHICH coin, or only the finish? I have a favorite tarot card and if I could get that specific one to carry around in my pocket, I'd order it. If it's a random coin, I won't.
2) I ordered the full bundle with all the accessories. As I finished my survey, I noticed that the Nuance Tokens aren't listed in the itemized list on the survey, as they were on the pledge page. They are still offered as an add-on with a cost. Are they still included in the full bundle price?
