Hello everyone! March Monster Madness continues (even though it's April...) and yesterday's match produced some really entertaining backer comments. It was "Burn, baby, burn" versus "Misalvris must whip it, whip it good." Ultimately, Misalrvis won - which leads us to a hilarious comment from backer Studio 9 (hi Aaron!): "Miss Alvris because that was my 1st grade teacher's name...and yeah...she was gassy and confusing...but no fire would stop her!"

Fun times everyone, and it's great to see the back-and-forth on these bouts. Next up in the ring is quarterfinal match 3: babaw vs. stone tongue! Both victorious in round 1, but only one can advance now!

I’ll be honest, this one scares me a little. Both of these creatures are nightmares given form, and that’s enough to frighten anyone! Though whether or not they can scare each other has yet to be seen!

The Stone Tongue is a beast that won’t be moved by fear or force, clinging to any surface with a powerful hold. The many tentacles that protrude from its shell-like casing will grab anything and bring it into its maw or the serrated stone shards that surround its body.

The Babaw is a fey creature of shadow that will try to get in close enough to absorb the barnacle-like creature into its own body. And if it can survive the dangerous edges and powerful tentacles it has a better than even chance of coming out on top!

This one could go either way, and whichever way it does go it’s not going to be pretty. Something dark is coming out of this fight, and might just end up the dark horse to win the whole thing!
