I have just sent the files to the printer so that they can print the physical proof- that means that orders are locked, and that if you have not filled out your survey, there is no longer guarantee that you will be able to receive physical rewards. 

Additionally, due to complications in the export process, early access for the digital edition will not be available until Monday, April 7th.
