Hi again! just popping in with some info regarding surveys closing tomorrow!

Once again, if you are having issues with your pledge and are awaiting an email response, the deadline is not applicable to you, so don't worry about that, and if you get emails regarding your survey locking please know we can continue to adjust it on our end after the fact, so there's no need to worry!

The most important piece of information regarding surveys locking is that cards will be charged for shipping and remaining balances on Thursday the 12th, the day after surveys lock!! If you need to change your card information, please do so before surveys lock. If the payment fails to go through, you will be able to swap out your payment method, or wait until cards are charged a second time a few weeks later. 

I also wanted to re-share some of the add-on guest artist work since I am still getting some questions about this. 

If you have questions or would like to see the picture for a different design, please comment with the exact name of the design(s) you are wanting to see and I will direct you to a picture or two.


I also wanted to shout out one of our guest artists who has an upcoming plushie campaign that I am really excited about!! Critterfolk plushies are by our guest artist Critter Valley, who drew the design for bug's enamel pin!! I have got to meet and hold one of the samples for this campaign and it is beyond adorable, cuddly, and lovable!! They've put so much into this project, the plushies and characters are so thoughtfully designed and I can't wait to see what else they make!!
