Project Update: production in progress for all items + additional info!
Hi all!! I wanted to check in with a quick update!!
The most important item of business is that production has started for every single item within the campaign (over 80 different items by the way!!) That includes the plushies, plushie accessories such as collar tags and bandanas, hoodies, stickers, pins, charms, stickerbooks, and sticker sheets! It was a huge effort to organize everything but all production orders have been placed now :) I will update as things finish with production with pictures of them - some things like stickers and charms should finish quicker than others, while stuff like hoodies will take a little longer on production.
Plushie production has been underway for a few months now, and is close to finishing up! Right now the update they gave me is that they need to add the safety information tags, and then things will be wrapped up - that being said, please note that packing up the plush, and then having them ship from the manufacturer to me, will still take quite a bit of time. We are still not sure when things will be shipping out as the earliest the plushies will arrive to the US is late November, with a possibility of being later. I am hesitant to ship things out during holiday season as it is more likely for packages to be lost and stolen during this time. I am consulting with my fulfillment help as to what would be the best time to ship things out for both them and myself, as well as you all!
I really would like to avoid any extra complications with fulfillment, so there is a good chance we may need to push it into early 2025. I know there are probably some of you that were hoping to give this plushies as a gift, so I have created printable adoption certificates for each of the characters that you are welcome to download and print out!! Here is the link to the google drive folder with each adoption certificate PDF: Adoption Certificates
As mentioned before, I will keep everyone updated as production progresses for Series 1! Below is some information about the Rainbeanies campaign and Series 2 (which will not be happening for a while, but I have started research for it!) You don't have to read the next bit, but if you're interested in Series 2, I'd love to chat about it! I hope you're having an awesome day, and thank you again for your patience and support for this series!!

I also wanted to quickly share some sample pictures I have of Dash, Bug, and Critter from the Rainbeanies mini plush series that will be debuting next year! Dash and Bug are complete, but Critter still needs her embroidery and needs her ears and antenna moved in just a tad. If you're interested in the Rainbeanies campaign please be sure to sign up to follow the project :)

Additionally, while the timeline is very. very far out, (late 2025 or later) I am starting research and development for Disability Pride Creatures Series 2! I wanted to give a few notes about this:
1) I would love to hear what kind of disability aid accessories you would like to see in the second series! I have some ideas of things I would like to cover but am happy to hear ideas you may have - please take a moment to fill out this google form if you'd like to let me know what you'd like to see as far as disability aids go!
2) I am looking for Design Assistants for series 2 creatures! Design Assistants will be helping with research and creation of characters for their respective disabilities for this series - I thought this would be a good idea since I really want to make sure we are creating characters that feel developed and are comforting to those who identify with them! If you are interested or know someone who might be interested in assisting with this, please have a look at or share this form: Design Assistant Application
Please note that the disabilities listed on the application form are not the final choices for what will be covered in the second series, I may add something else or remove one depending on interest and Design Assistant availability! I mention it in the application but it is physically impossible for me to cover every single disability, as much as I wish I could. Please be kind when making requests as it just makes me super sad when someone demands something I cannot provide </3
3) This is mentioned on the disability aids form, but one of the characters I would like to make for Series 2 is a service dog character! The plan is that they will have a removable service harness with interchangeable labels, as well as a possibility of a second harness specifically meant to be a seeing eye dog harness. I wanted to share some design ideas I had for that character, but am very open to suggestions to make their design better and more inclusive!
I wanted to keep the design simple and realistic with a little bit of colorful flair since I can't keep the colors off of a design when I make something. My idea was to add a little bit of color to the tail since I have seen service dogs with tails dyed with animal safe dye to help distinguish them and make them easy to identify. Let me know if you like this idea and if you have a preference for how the color should be placed on the tail! I'd also love to hear name suggestions if you have them!!
Just to reiterate, please be kind when making requests for series 2!! Keep in mind that I am one person orchestrating everything, and have several disabilities of my own, and do not have unlimited resources, so there are limits to what I am able to accomplish within one campaign :)
Thank you for taking the time to read through this update!! Excited to continue to share things with you and am super grateful for this community we've built :)
