Banjo:
Because the color pallet I chose for all pajama buddies was based on the fabrics available, I initially didn't see a concern with banjo's colors, until I received the sample in person. What was happening was that the peach and the blue colors were contrasting so much it was making both colors look deeply saturated. I tried one other variation and then requested that a copy of the fabric color book be sent to me so I could see them in person and make sure they worked together well. After receiving the color book I adjusted the colors one final time and am now really pleased with them!

I wanted to mention - in my art of kopi they show some stitch marks - I placed them where I intended seams to be, and while I would have liked them to be part of their finished plush, you cannot create solid machine embroidery between two seams, and it would cause a higher b-grade percentage. While top stitching is the solution here, it cannot be done at the bulk level. I added some stitches on my sample with a little embroidery thread and top stitching myself - I can create a tutorial for this if there is enough demand!

PLEASE NOTE these are NOT included on the plush you will receive as this can't be done at the bulk production level. I also just used the best match of embroidery thread I had on hand but I want to re-do it with a slightly closer color to match their other embroidery! I will create a tutorial for how to add stitches yourself :)

Nova:
I figured out how to add nova to the list of plush you can choose for your pledge plush, instead of just as an add-on, so now she can be seen on those survey questions!

As it stands, Taija does not quite have enough orders and I don't have enough funds to foot their production myself </3 but I would like to make more pajama buddies, with some of the other creatures we were voting on, sometime in the future (next year at the earliest lol) and when I am able to do that, Taija will be included in that batch!! If you already added Taija, you may still see them in your cart, but they will be removed before cards are charged!
PRODUCTION UPDATES: Leo, Ollie, Lumi, and Nyx plush are FINISHED with production, and are currently en-route to me. Please note that they will arrive in early May at the soonest, and I will a) not be able to grade/quality check them all at once, and it will take 1-2 months before I can begin sending them out and b) orders containing other plush which will be made in the second batch such as banjo, juno, and kopi, will not be shipped out until those plush are finished and have arrived and been quality checked! Mochi buttons are all finished and ready to go out. All blankets are finished and ready to go out! I have ordered ample extra of all of these items :) Stickers and postcards will be ready to go by the end of May at the latest.

squishy mochi buttons straight out the bag so they're a little crinkled. like any fabric item living in plastic for a few weeks will cause some creases but they smooth out the more you play with them!! I love how they turned out, I'd love to make more of my other characters!
The second batch of plush is in the works, I anticipate production will finish in early June, with 3 weeks of shipping to me and then another 1-2 months of quality checking. I will check back in on this when the first batch of plush is ready to be sent out!
Between preparing for and traveling to events, maintaining my online store, and working on backerkit projects, I am essentially working three full time jobs just to barely get by 😥 and I only have 24 hours in a day just like everyone else, but everything is getting done a lot slower than I'd like because of this </3 I will make one more update before surveys lock as a small reminder, and continue to let you know about production updates. My assistant is on break for a while as they've just had major surgery so emails are slower as well, but please send over an email if you need to adjust your pledge in a way that would require our help! The samples for Banjo, Kopi, and Nova are finally complete! Juno's sample is still in the works and not finalized, so please note that as previously stated, the surveys and preorders are still not closing until TWO WEEKS after I have pictures and videos of ALL finalized samples.
these are manufacturer pictures and videos - I have edited them a little to make the colors more accurate to what you will see irl, as my manu's lighting is super harsh in pictures! as soon as juno's sample is done, they will be sent to me, and I can upload better pictures :)
I have been struggling to communicate the proper color placement for juno's sample for several several months and it is still not correct </3 I am really hoping the next version will be right but based on it not being correct time and time again my hope is not too strong ToT. the light blue is missing from the back legs and middle blue from the front legs and her paw prints are missing from the back legs.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- I have finalized kopi, banjo, and nova's samples. I am checking to see if a dotted fabric is available for bulk production for kopi's blue, but that is the only change I will be making to these as they are to my liking, with the colors I intended to use from the beginning, and I am not requesting feedback on them as they won't be changed.
- Production for Nyx, Ollie, Leo, and Lumi has already began! My manufacturer is hoping to be able to ship that first batch in March, meaning they will arrive to me hopefully in April or May. Grading may take a bit but hopefully we can start getting them out asap. That being said, production for the second batch including Kopi, Banjo, Nova, and Juno cannot begin until all their samples are complete, so only pledges that contain only plush from the first batch can be shipped out until the second batch arrives - which I still don't have an ETA on as I don't know when Juno's sample will be finished. I will let you know once I have put in the order and received an ETA!
- We are only 17 orders away from unlocking TAIJA!! I anticipate his sample could be finished fairly quick as there won't need to be too many changes from Lumi's pattern to Taija's for my pattern designer, pardon her tail being a different shape and face patterns being different. His colors are also more distinct than Juno's monochrome pallet, so if we're able to unlock her before Juno's sample is complete, I don't think we'd be waiting too much longer for surveys to lock! as a reminder, if taija is not unlocked, all orders/add-ons for them will be removed from your cart, so you won't be charged.
- please keep an eye on unlocked blankets as well! depending on my blanket manu's rules I may possibly be able to order smaller quantities than 15 for those not funded, but I will have to check in with them.

→ Surveys will be releasing on or before Nov 12th and will remain open until at least January 15th, 2026! - Please note that samples for kopi, juno, and banjo are still in progress (I have not had much time to work on them due to my turbulent schedule and life recently. I will provide individual updates about each of these three over the next few weeks.) There will be at least 2 full weeks after samples are finalized for you to adjust your pledge before surveys are locked.
→ Production will begin early 2026, with products anticipated to arrive in March/April! Please keep in mind that grading and fulfillment always take much longer than just a few days - usually anywhere from 1-3 months!

If you feel you need a refund for this project, you can submit a request through this google form. I am doing these via google form so I can separate them from other CS requests (in the future I am planning to do more CS work through forms like this so I can streamline it!) Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee a refund as this is for special cases.
I will also be adding a freebie sticker/item onto everyone's orders as a thank-you for being patient :D There will be several designs to choose from for these for the survey, taken from some previous campaigns and other projects :)

Hi there! Super quick note for this weekend and I will write a more in-depth update when I am able! I have fallen really behind these past few months due to a lot of things accumulating all at once - A lot of personal life things like moving, dealing with mine and my pet's health concerns, and other family and relationship things - work things such as dealing with a batch of 2000 owed plush from my previous campaign that were majority damaged, as well as several events I had scheduled and paid for earlier in the year before I knew most of this would happen. I rarely have a moment to sit down and relax and as such have had a bad bought of time blindness where I didn't realize how long it had been since I made an update. All of the art for the stickers and postcards is finished, just needs to be uploaded into the survey in order to let you properly choose which you would like. I am working on editing the samples and will provide an update going into depth with those soon since we already have 1-2 renditions for each (none are finalized yet - as a reminder surveys will not close until those are finalized!)
Among the things I am behind on are emails and checking through responses here and on almost every social media. I am on discord more often than any other platform, and try to give a quick reply there when I can, but I am moving so quickly often I don't spend much of my day online. I am really close to finishing settling into my new place, and just finished my last large event for the next two months, so I should soon have some time to catch up. Please know that work-wise I have not been ignoring this project, I have been working on it consistently in small batches as much as I can, but am still deeply behind.
I will try to update next week on Wednesday with an updated timeline as well as additional information about refund processes and other changes. Thank you for being patient with me as a disabled human being who is living life as it comes unpredictably barreling down the road.
Hi all! A few notes before the campaign wraps up in a few hours:
Please make sure that your pledge is adjusted to what you would like it to be before the campaign ends, as refunds can only be processed for extenuating circumstances. When the survey releases, you will be able to add on additional items there, so decrease your pledge now if needs be and you can add on additional things later!
Speaking of the survey, I will also have a preorder store open sometime soon, for those who missed out on the chance to back. I am considering the possibility of having some add-on goals for plushies we were unable to unlock, but I am going to have to do some math to figure out how many orders we would need for each.
In regards to what plushies are unlocked, if the campaign stays over 42k, the jackalope plush will be unlocked, but if it dips under, it will not be - I am not able to fund any of the plushies on my own so we will have to go exactly by the number of funds raised.
I still hope to add on some blanket designs and other add-ons, I wasn’t able to get them done as quickly as I wanted as things have gotten really hectic in my life as of recently. There were a lot of plans I had in regards to this campaign that got derailed due to life, but rest assured I will continue working on it as best I am able, and will post updates as things are continued! The samples are still in progress as well. As a reminder I will not be closing surveys until samples for all the artwork and plush are available!
