When does stuff get shipped out?

Do we know when stuff will begin shipping out? I know the surveys have been sent and shipping paid for, just curious if theres an ETA for actually receiving items or if i missed one somewhere at some point. To clarify, I'm not trying to be all impatient "Wheres my stuff >:(", i am happy to wait as long as needed! However i have a d&d campaign starting soon and i want to use my magnus dice lmao

My fault I completely missed this announcement does anyone know if the surveys have been closed already because its saying they hadn’t been sent out on my end. Could be because i missed it and they’re closed I just want some estimation of how screwed I am!

Project Update: Box Sleeves UNLOCKED + Backer Surveys Coming THIS WEEK!

Welcome back, everyone!

We are excited to share that while we were prepping the pledge manager, our late pledges helped us meet our goal of over 3000+ backers, and now the Box Sleeve is UNLOCKED! All backers receiving the Base Pledge, Expansion Pledge, or the All In Pledge will have a box sleeve for each set of Mysteries backed.

IMPORTANT INFO - SURVEYS SENDING SOON!

Smoke Tests will start today. For those who are unfamiliar, these go out to 5% of the backers to ensure everything is operating properly in the surveys. Once we confirm that there are no hiccups, we will send out the rest of the surveys later this week.

If you want to adjust your pledge or add additional items, this is your chance! Everyone who pledged during the campaign should see the option to "switch your pledge level" when you start your survey.

Your payment for shipping and any additional items you added will be collected upon completion of the survey.

We hope this pledge manager will be fairly straightforward, but please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions after receiving your survey.

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Free stickers ....how is that going to work?

I'm not exactly fussed about this as its just stickers, but I signed up to the campaign before it launched under the offer of free stickers. They are nowhere to be seen in the pledge manager. Is this how its supposed to look?

When is the estimated time for the survey to be sent out? Is it just taking awhile due to the connecting orders to pre-pledges?(I ask as one of the pre-pledgers as well) or is the survey being sent out closer to completion of the project?
